Fast forward a few days and shadow beast were fighting other monsters for territory. Supay told the horde they were allowed to take part of the land, but they were not to bully all of them. Supay stepped in a few times to punish those that stepped out of line, but after a few days, the shadow beast and local beast calmed down.

The golems settled down in Machu Picchu. With Urcaguary leading them, a small village formed in no time. Zero and Jira eventually healed up and moved their base down to live with the golems.

Zero talked with Supay often. He enjoyed comparing his knowledge on beasts to Supay's. They also examined their comprehensions on death and life. Zero learned a lot from Supay, but Supay was able to glean a few things from Zero too.

Urcaguary constructed a sizeable underground room for Leo. Leo accepted him as his second Master. Urcaguary was happy to pass on his legacy to someone finally. He told Leo, he could not leave the room until he created his own artifact. Urcaguary left him a three gold plate slabs with many insights into metal, earth laws, and crafting items within them.

Leo was currently down there now studying the earth plate. For Leo, it was the easiest to comprehend. The main points of these laws were scanning the earth and understanding what different compounds made up it.

At the moment, Leo was studying a piece of blue opal. Leo separated the other parts of stone off of it and piled it on the floor.

It took him a bit but once he manipulated a bit of yin mana to pierce the clump of earth separating each piece became easier. It was different than how Urcaguary explained, but Leo felt this was the right way for him.

Staring at the opal in front of him, Leo injected mana to get a sense of the gem threshold. Leo picked up the crafting plate and looked over a few techniques. As he was reading the opal just floated next to him.

"Ah, this one about storing mana in a gemstone similar to the technique I learned many years ago." The technique was a way to store an element mana type in a stone. This way a warrior could use it almost to create a move from thin air. The thing that surprised Leo the most was that every gemstone had a higher affinity for certain types of mana.

After reading for a bit longer, Leo started injecting earth mana into the stone. The opal didn't absorb much. Leo drained the mana and then tried metal mana. After a few minutes of rejecting the mana, the opal held even less than the earth mana.

Leo then started injecting yang mana. It took him a bit to gather from a candle nearby, but the gem also rejected yang mana as much as metal. Leo sighed and gave yin mana a last-ditch try. The opal didn't reject it and absorbed it at an exuberate rate.

The blue opal started to gain a hazy light-blue color in the center of it, and then the stone began to turn cold to the touch. Leo wasn't able to absorb a whole lot of yin mana but was proud of what he accomplished.

Leo was happy that he infused the gem, but after reading a bit more it was what was referred to as enchanting, and it didn't count as crafting an item. Leo slumped down. He had been down there for the past few days and was looking forward to coming to the surface.

Leo reached over and grabbed the third gold plate to study metal laws. He felt he needed a break from gemstones. Before Leo knew it days went by as he spent time studying the three plates.

Outside of his training room, things were starting to get hectic.

The draconians in old Brazil attacked the Deicide. The beast was injured, but Supay and Zero saved it. The draconian took this as a betrayal and told Zero his immunity no longer valid.

Beodror messaged Charir-dar and told him of Zero allying with a mighty Construct warrior. He also told him about some beast that could teleport that attacked their base.

Charir-dar was furious. This meant Zero lied to him. He told Beodror to get ready for war. The draconians were going to torch South America to the ground.

While the draconians were preparing for war, Supay and Zero tended to the beast. They told it to be more careful and not to kill Supay's shadow beasts. After healing for a bit, it decided to head north to explore.

Zero had progressed leaps and bounds and was on the verge of breaking into the Construct warrior level any day. He owed most of this to Supay.

Urcaguary, on the other hand, rescued a few humans from draconians and in hiding. He allowed them to come live with him and the golems. Machu Picchu started becoming livelier.

Two unsuspecting strangers in the north have stumbled into a group of jaguars facing off against shadow beast. The group of Jaguars was the same ones that fought with Jira and Leo.

"Lucy, those blackish looking creatures are equivalent to Core Builders. We need to leave now."

"Shadow watch out." Lucy pushed her out of the way as a feline shadow leopard tried to slash her.

Shadow got up and stood back to back Lucy to defend against this new enemy. Lucy pushed Pedro between them to protect him.

"Shadow beast, don't hurt the jaguars," yelled Jira.

"A draconian?"

Jira turned and said, "A human and beastman together?"
