The bright sunlight coming in through her window blinded Shi Won as she slowly opened her eyes. She rolled to one side of her bed, kicked away her blankets, and sat up.
Because of her conversation over the phone with Assistant Manager Kim Na Rae, Shi Won rolled around in bed, unable to sleep until dawn.
“Ah. Kim Na Rae, saying useless things, making me unable to sleep…”
‘Tomorrow he’s going to America.’
Even though she knew that she shouldn’t, she kept on feeling miserable because he was going to be gone for one month.
[Let’s go to work together.]
She opened her phone and saw a text message.
Seeing Manager Moon’s text, Shi Won prepared to head to work.
*Knock knock*
Hearing the knocking on her door, knowing who it was made her heart pound.
Shi Won rushed over and opened the door to see the familiar figure that she had come to love.
She embraced his neck with her arms, no longer hesitant nor embarrassed with her actions any more and quickly kissed his lips.
*Smooch smooch smooch smooch!* Shi Won only wanted to give him three short morning kisses, but Manager Moon took advantage of her and held her back for a longer fourth kiss before letting her go.
At first, Manager Moon’s eyes widened in surprise at her sudden attack but he accepted it and was even able to counterattack before letting her go. He stared at her lips longingly after they parted.
There was a slightly pink tint on Manager Moon’s lips, which was left by Shi Won, but he didn’t mind.
Manager Moon couldn’t take it any longer. He grabbed Shi Won’s waist and pushed her inside.
“Uh uh uh!…”
He pushed her inside and forcefully and embraced her as he leaned forward. You could hear the sound of the door closing.
‘You have to take responsibility for your actions.’
“Eum… eum…”
He was pushing her back too quickly as their tongues intertwined and he pushed his lips forcefully against hers. Shi Won lost her footing and almost fell down. If it wasn’t for Manager Moon holding onto her waist and gently holding her from the back of her neck, she would have slipped. Her upper and lower lips were softly pulled and sucked on by Manager Moon and she began to feel a rising heat within her body. That heat became like a raging volcano as he stuck in his tongue into her mouth and began to dance with it alongside her own. Soon, he stopped and gave her a brief respite.
Shi Won was pushed up against the wall, with nowhere to move as Manager Moon’s hard, sturdy chest was pushing against her body. Her body temperature was increasing by the second.
“Huu….”
Manager Moon let out a small noise as his body was pressed close to Shi Won’s. He held her waist gently, enjoying this feeling as he tried to calm down.
Shi Won could hear their bated breaths as she rested her chin on his shoulder but was nervous at the sudden development. She didn’t notice that her shoulders were shaking.
Shi Won soon stopped shaking and stared at Manager Moon intently before giving him one more kiss on the lips.

Her lips touched his and lingered there for a while before parting. You could see the pink lipstick that remained on his lips.

“…”
The atmosphere quickly became awkward as they stared at each other.
They exhausted all their energy quickly because of their intense and passionate session and didn’t know what to do next.
“Let’s… let’s go…”
Shi Won was the first to shake off her awkwardness. She soon laughed at their situation before separating her body from him and prepared to leave.
“Uh!…Ke ke.”
Shi Won giggled as she wiped the remaining lipstick on Manager Moon’s lips and showed it to him by rubbing it between her fingers.
“Looks like I have to reapply it,” Manager Moon said with a mischievous grin.
Shi Won smiled and looked up at him shyly, blushing.
She reached out, grabbed his hands, and squeezed tightly while looking deeply into his eyes. It was pleasant to feel his warm palms on her hands.
Manager Moon closed his eyes as he brought her hand up and kissed the top of her hand gently while looking back at her.
How in the world was she supposed to go about the day if he gave her such a sexy look this early in the morning?
Shi Won didn’t know what to do and just kind of awkwardly smiled at him.
“Now, let’s go for real this time. We’re going to be late.”

Shi Won stayed silent throughout the entire drive and couldn’t help but feel awkward. ‘Is it because he’s leaving tomorrow and will be gone for a month? Or is it because of our skinship this morning?’
She turned her head and stared at Manager Moon who was looking forward while driving.
She couldn’t help but stare and appreciate his handsome looks, which consisted of his long eyelashes, attractive eyes, and smart-looking nose covered by those thick rimmed glasses.
She slowly lowered her gaze.
There was that sexy neckline along with his wide and strong looking shoulders that looked angular from the side.
*Gulp*
He looked incredibly sexy as he shifted his head to turn left, steering the wheel.
Shi Won slowly swallowed her saliva down her dry throat and looked down at her lap.
“I’m acting like a pervert…”
“Yes?”
Hearing her say something, Manager Moon responded back.
“Ah. Nothing. Do you have a lot of work today?”
“Yes. I’m gonna try to work hard and finish a lot of it.”
“Phooey…”
“Why? Are you upset?”
“Yeah. Because we won’t be able to spend much time together.”
At her words, Manager Moon let out a deep breath.
Inside the office, Shi Won acted as if everything was normal and just followed his orders at work.
Lunch time soon arrived.
Shi Won headed to a nearby restaurant with Manager Park and Assistant Manager Kim.
‘Uh..’
She saw the team leader and Manager Moon eating together at a far away table and pretended to not notice them.
She ate her food heartily while sneakily stealing glances at Manager Moon across the restaurant.

‘Even though he’s far away just being able to see his silhouette is fine.’
She remembered the time when she went to his apartment and saw him naked. He was only covered with a towel then and she reminisced seeing his finely sculpted abdominal muscles and sturdy chest.
Suddenly, she saw Manager Moon in front of her.
“Do you want me to take it off?”
“Yes. Take it off.”

“What? What did you say?”
Shi Won came to her senses and saw that Manager Park and Assistant Manager Kim were staring at her with a bewildered expression.
Kim Na Rae’s expression suddenly turned very naughty. Seeing her expression, Shi Won’s face turned beet red.
“Uh, uh… I… want you to take it off.”
“Oho…”
Assistant Manager Kim looked around the restaurant and to Shi Won’s despair, Kim Na Rae found Manager Moon eating with the team leader. She gave a vicious grin.
“Aha! So that’s what you wanted to take off!”
“Hey! Hey!”
“Huh? What are you guys talking about?”
Manager Park Eun Hye confusedly looked at them while asking what they were on about.
‘If you don’t shut your mouth I’m going to kill you.’
Seeing Shi Won’s expression, Assistant Manager Kim stopped laughing, but her face was still red from her previous laughter.
Assistant Manager Kim picked up a madeleine from the plate of Park Eun Hye. “Manager! I’ll take it off for you!” Shi Won finally gave up trying to nonverbally communicate with Kim Na Rae with her glaring eyes to her to stop. Kim Na Rae kept on laughing and teasing her.
“Ah… Han Shi Won… you’re rotten…”

It was time to go home.
Since the team leader gathered everyone that was going to leave for America tomorrow for a meeting after work, Shi Won left the office first.

Shi Won texted Manager Moon as she exited the building.
She walked down the dark street illuminated by the street lights to the bus stop.
She felt like she waited for him longer than usual so she got off two stops before her usual stop.
She walked as slowly as possible and spent time looking around her surroundings.

She stopped in front of a pretty flower shop, where she had bought baby’s breath last time for Manager Moon. She squatted in front of the prettily arranged flowers and just looked at them.
‘Love Candle’
“It would have been better if I saw it during the day…”
Staring at the Love Candle, Shi Won remembered when she and Manager Moon had their first kiss and couldn’t help but smile.
‘I’ll do it together with you.’
Shi Won gently lifted and touched the petals of the Love Candle and laughed to herself as she remembered his words.
“It looks like my heart made the same decision as you.”
She gently put it back in place, got up, and began walking.
[Where are you? I’m home now.]
She received a text from him when she was near the apartment.
She saw him waiting in front of the entrance and she laughed as she ran towards him. He saw her and gave her a big smile before wrapping his arms around her for a big hug.
“You came earlier than I thought!”
“Yes, it seems like the team leader still has a little bit of consciousness left in him.”
“Thank God. I thought that I wouldn’t be able to see you before the day ended.”
Manager Moon gently caressed her cheeks and smiled lovingly at her.
“Did you pack everything you need?”
“Pretty much. But I’m staying there for a month so there’s still a lot of things that I’m missing.”
Looking at the time, it was already 9 o’clock.
“Let’s go inside. Don’t you have to leave early tomorrow?”
She knew that he had to leave early at dawn tomorrow, so she restrained herself from asking him to play with her all night and pushed him inside despite his remarks.
They entered the elevator and she pressed the 12th and 13th floor buttons.
The two didn’t say anything. They just stared at each other and smiled.
Shi Won remembered Kim Na Rae’s words from last night.
‘After he leaves for America, you won’t be able to see him for a month.’
‘Nowadays, it isn’t bad if a girl initiates it.’
‘The day after tomorrow, your lover is going to go far far away.’
*Ding*
The elevator door opened and they arrived at her floor. She felt like they arrived had there quicker than usual.
“Go. Sleep well, okay?”
She gently stared at his handsome face.
*Tong*
Manager Moon pressed the open button because he saw that she wanted to say something to him.
Shi Won slowly opened her mouth.
“I…”
“..?”
“I don’t wanna go back home today..”
“..!..”
“Let’s… stay together.”
Shi Won said as her voice shook.
Manager Moon’s eyes went wide as he stared at her in shock and Shi Won looked back at him with a determined look.
Manager Moon pulled her back into the elevator and pressed the close button.
