Zan Fu stood up from the scorched ground beneath him, his shirtless body looked as if it had been chiseled out of marble. His ripped body glistened inter the bazing sun above him.
The clouds from the tribulation had finally finished and from the burnt ashes of the surrounding land, Zan Fu took a step forward to find Drodon in front of him. His reflective surface showed Zan Fu his own incredibly buff body.
"Aw crap, I'm starting to look more like Xiao Hagen everyday." He looked down at himself and noticed that his body was actually shrinking back to its original form.
He released a sigh of approval, "So much better." Both Zan Fu and Drodon sat on the floor completely exhausted. Zan Fu leaned over and grabbed Drodon, "We did it!"
"Screw you! I did it!" Zan Fu laughed at his words and started to move his body around. Several pops and cracks sounded out as Zan Fu's arms and legs were stretched out. "So, does this mean I'm in the sixth realm now? I mean I did just go through the sixth level's tribulation."
Drodon shook himself and said, "From what I could tell, you cultivation level has only reached the fourth realm first stage. Everything seems normal, except the power you are currently exerting is a bit stronger than usual."
His words made Zan Fu's brow crease, "You mean I did all of that for nothing?!"
"Not nothing. It seems that you did obtain something useful that you have yet to unlock."
As they were talking a sudden chill ran down Zan Fu's spine as both him and Drodon faced the same direction. A powerful wind blew passed them while at the same time a familiar feeling grew inside of Zan Fu's chest.
"Drodon, what was that?"
"Zan Fu, something is happening at your house. And whatever it is, it is something big." This worried Zan Fu and he asked Drodon to bring him back home. It was explained that he couldn't teleport again. Drodon lost a large amount of power bringing them to where they currently were and he didn't have enough to bring them back.
"Then what do we do now." Zan Fu was in a small panic. He believed that his parents could handle whatever it was coming their way, but he still wanted to make sure everything was okay. Plus, they didn't even know that he was missing.
"I don't know, I guess we need to find a way to get back quickly."
Just as he said this, a car pulled up and two people with impressive cultivation stepped out. One was a young woman who was at the very peak of the third realm and the other was an old man at the sixth realm.
The old man walked forward and smiled at Zan Fu, "You must be the little friend who just broke into the sixth realm." The old man waved in his general direction but Zan Fu wasn't completely sure what their intentions were.
"Who are you and what do you want?" He decided that the best option was to just get straight to the point and ask them about their identity.
The old man rubbed his beard while saying, "My name is Yi Bai and this is my granddaughter, Yi Ling. We are part of the Yi Clan and are just curious if you are affiliated with any group or family. If you aren't, then how about joining us?"
Yi Bai's words made Zan Fu's ears prick up, "Yi Clan, the same people that gave Braedon that medallion?"
At this, the girl who remained quiet the whole time spoke up, "Braedon? You know that pervert?" Although he had some questions about what the girl said he was, Zan Fu only nodded and explained that they were friends.
Yi Ling asked him if he had seen Braedon recently. Zan Fu told them that Braedon was caught up in a strange situation, so they haven't been able to meet properly for some time.
He decided that it was best to keep the details of Braedon being possessed private for now. This was because he had literally only known them for a few minutes and he didn't know if what they said was truthful or not.
"Well any friend of Braedon is a friend of ours. Do you need any help with anything?" Zan Fu smiled at this perfect timing. "I need to get somewhere quickly, can I borrow your car?" Yi Bai nodded on the condition that he brought them along.
"It sounds like some trouble is brewing, maybe we could be of some assistance. Also, the car is a special design that will only turn on when it senses our presence, so I will drive"
Zan Fu thanked them for their offer and they all entered into the vehicle. "Tell me the address of where you are going, I'll use a special technique that allows me to find the best route to travel to reach our destination."
Zan Fu told them his address and the general the direction of where they were going. He asked out of curiosity, "So what kind of technique are you about to use?" Yi Bai told him to prepare himself for something incredible as he pulled something out of the glove compartment.
It was a GPS.
"This right here is advance technology that can help you get anywhere as long as you know the address!" While Yi Bai excitedly explained this, Yi Ling placed her dainty hand upon Zan Fu's shoulder and whispered in his ear, "Just remember, he is really old. Don't judge him."
The car started and it zoomed off at incredible speeds onto the roads and drove by every car in sight.
Yi Ling turned curiously toward Zan Fu, who was nervously twiddling his thumb. "Hey. Since this is going to take a while, how about you tell us about the situation Braedon got himself in."
He tried to keep the truth from them until Drodon told him that whatever was happening at his house, most likely had something to do with the entity.
"It's better that you tell them the full situation or else some misunderstandings may form in the future. I have also been watching them and their heart rates. They haven't lied yet. While I'm not sure about their true intentions, at the very least they don't mean any harm."
He wasn't sure what to do in this situation. Zan Fu trusted Drodon to an extent, so he told them a good chunk of the story but not all of it.
"So, you're the young genius of the Zan Family? This is a big surprise, you are so young yet you've already reached the sixth realm." Zan Fu just smiled silently. He continued to tell them about the entity and he warned them to be careful if they come into contact with it.
"From the sounds of it, whatever is causing trouble at your house has some connections with this entity you speak of. I guess we better speed up." Yi Bai slammed the gas pedal down. In the b,ink of an eye vehicle disappeared into thin air.

Zan Rong and Mei Ling were looking out at the scene in front of them. All of their guards, maids, and butlers were frozen in place without a single shift in their expressions.
"What the-" Zan Rong finally noticed that two people in the entire group were still moving normally. The two turned to face the married couple and Mei Ling noticed something surprising.
One of the two was a young lady wearing a black secretary's outfit. Her hair, which reached her waist, was pulled back in a ponytail and her thin figure gave the impression of a youth in their teenage to early twenties years.
This wasn't the thing that surprised Mei Ling, however. The thing that surprised her was the young man standing next to the secretary. It was Braedon, whose his eyes were filled with a gold light.
He gave off a small smile while walking toward the two of them, "I finally ~found you~." He talked in a weird singing voice as he stepped closer. A powerful pressure was unleashed from his body forcing Zan Rong and Mei Ling to take a few steps back.
It was as if a titan was hiding within Braedon's thin muscular body. All of a sudden, they couldn't take anymore steps back. Like the others, they too were frozen in place.
"It would be quite annoying if you guys ran, it's much better this way." His smile became more devious as the pressure upon them grew.

Braedon, the real one, looked up at the mountain before him, "Isn't this training kind of worthless?" He screamed up at Kai Jun who was seated calmly on top of the mountain.
"While this is useless since you are only a soul, it will build discipline and strength inside of you. Before increasing your own power, you must harden your foundation." Kai Jun spoke as if it was common sense, but to Braedon who just started cultivating, none of what he said made sense.
He understand the whole idea of building his foundation, but how the hell does climbing a mountain help with that? Although he constantly complains, Braedon spent the entire day climbing with only a few five minute breaks.
Afterwards he was forced to climb up a waterfall, swim up river, and sit in boiling water. All of these things took around a weeks. When he wasn't doing his strenuous missions, he would fight with monsters and hunt animals for food.
Kai Jun taught him a great deal about cultivation and he was shown the most efficient way of training. He learned more about different skills and techniques used in battle.
Finally after the week passed and Braedon completed climbing climbing the waterfall, Kai Jun walked up to him and said, "Okay, now that I am finished messing with you, we can start the real training."
Braedon paused for a second before grabbing a large thick branch from the ground, "AHHHH!" He charged at Kai Jun with killing intent. He was unsuccessful in his attack.
"I'm going to kill you!"
Kai Jun laughed at his reaction, "Then let the training begin!"
