Shi Li tried to ask his way out of getting the special Ruin Forest Wood under Moddy. It has been half an hour since they've started but they're still going strong.
To a normal person looking at this, Shi Li was asking questions to the cat while the cat was answering back with 'Nya' sounds. It would seem that Shi Li is mentally insane or "gifted" to be able to talk to animals, but since they're the only ones in the center of the forest, it continued.
"Even if I give you my house to live in, you still wouldn't trade your special Ruin Forest Wood?"
"Nya. As I've said earlier-nya, this wood increases my attack power since it resonates the sound to a further distance-nya."
Seeing that Moddy's determination was firm, Shi Li sighed and sat down, thinking up of a solution to get the wood. Concurrently, Moddy passed the time by tapping on the wood as Shi Li was thinking.

The rhythmic beat that came from Moddy's tapping resonated again, forming an invisible barrier that covered the border between the center area and the inner depths. Shi Li listened to the beat as he continued to think.
'This beat is extremely good, it calms me down, and allows me to think further. The way Moddy is tapping the wood and the sound coming out of it reminds me of…'
His thoughts stopped there as he finally found a way to get the wood under Moddy.
He stood up and looked at Moddy with a scheming grin.
"Hey Moddy, if I told you I know a way to increase the range of your sound, would you let me have the wood?"
Moddy who was tapping with its eyes closed as it savored the beat, opening its eyes with surprise at Shi Li while stopping.
"Hmm…"
Moddy waved his stub-er paws up and down, as its face was in some sort of pondering expression. After a while, it nodded.
"Okay, I agree-nya. If it increases the range, then I'll give you the special Ruin Forest Wood-nya."
Shi Li jumped with excitement as he didn't expect it to work. He then looked at his surroundings to plan out what he was gonna do. With a rough plan in mind, he ran towards a large stone.
He looked at it and placed his hand on it, feeling its texture.
'Hmm...with a rough texture like this, it would act as sandpaper for the insides. White Screen, mark this place as Sandpaper.'

Minutes later, he headed towards another large stone that had a sharp edge on one end. Tapping on the sharp edge, he nodded inwardly.
'If I use my strength to cut off a small part of this rock, I can make a blade for cutting and carving. White Screen, mark this place as Rock Blade.'

He then looked at some Ruin Forest Trees and found some small branches that had a sharp point at one end. He collected them and placed them right in front of the special Ruin Forest Wood.
As he did this, he looked at Moddy and said, "Keep an eye on this, this will be needed."
Moddy tilted his head in confusion as it asked, "What are you going to do?"
Shi Li lightly smiled as he answered, "You'll see." He then headed towards the inner depths as he opened up the eye's map. He wanted to find some wolves to grab their skin.
Even though it was already night time, Shi Li continued on searching even if it meant fighting against more ferocious wolves.
Ten minutes later, Shi Li found a wolf that was at second stage of Skin Tempering, just right around his strength.
He ran towards the wolf with his fists clenched. The wolf heard Shi Li's footsteps and turned around to see a fist going for its face.
It hurriedly dodged the attack, acting all smug as it opened its jaw to bite at Shi Li's chest. Shi Li didn't allow that to happen as he rotated his body, allowing the force of his fist to be conserved as it aimed for the wolf's spine.
Crack!
The wolf's spine was dislocated with one blow, making it howl and whimper in agony as it looked at Shi Li with eyes of rage. Shi Li did not mind this and grabbed a decently heavy rock and slammed it on the wolf's head, killing it.
"One down, another one so I can craft what I envisioned."

Dodging the beasts he didn't want to kill, after twenty more minutes of searching, he found another wolf. He didn't recklessly charge at it, but rather went up a tree and broke off a sharp branch.
He then aimed it towards the wolf's throat and threw it.
The wolf was still acting nonchalant as it was looking around for food, but suddenly a sharp branch got stuck in its throat.
It tried to howl loudly for help, but with its trachea blocked, it slowly lost vigor until it died of asphyxiation.
Shi Li jumped down from the tree and removed the branch from the wolf's throat. He then proceeded to drag as he made his way to the other wolf corpse.
After grabbing the other wolf corpse, he then went back to the center area where Moddy was.

Moddy looked at Shi Li with shock as Shi Li dragged two wolf corpses with their blood coloring the ground red.
"Wolf corpses?" Moddy didn't really know what Shi Li is going to do. "What are you going to do with those-nya?"
Shi Li headed towards a nearby river and washed his hands. He then looked at Moddy and smiled again. "You'll see when I finish."
Bringing the wolf corpses near the special Ruin Forest Wood, he then opened his map, going to the place named 'Rock Blade.'
Once he was there, with a chop of his hand, he cut off a part of the sharp edge of the stone. He lifted it with one of his hands and waved it, checking its strength and ability to cut. He then used it to cut a nearby tree, which was successful.
Afterwards, he headed towards the place named 'Sandpaper.'
The rough texture of the large stone would allow him to smoothen a lot of stuff as he made the thing he want to make. Placing the sharp edge of the rock blade onto the large stone, he then rubbed the blade up and down.
As he continued to rub the blade on the rock, small gray rock particles fell to the ground, making up a small pile in front of his feet. After he felt that it was enough, he looked at the blade that had an edge even thinner than before, which meant it was sharper than before.
He then broke off a chunk of the sandpaper rock before coming back to where Moddy was.
