Inside xx room, Zhi Hei and Shen Qi were walking around the room anxiously waiting for their girlfriends to arrive.
Mother and Father Huang were sitting at the table trying to enjoy their tea while watching the two of them.
Mother Huang couldn't take it anymore, "Would you two relax? Even if you're not dizzy, I am. You two had been circling in front of us since 2 hours ago."
Father Huang coughed. 'Honey, you're one to say that. You woke up since 5 in the morning doing your hair and choosing your outfit. If I didn't remind you of the time, we would've been late.'
"Your mother's right. They're on their way. Plus, we are earlier than the scheduled time."
Zhi Hei: "Yea! Shen Qi, stop walking around. You need to relax."
Shen Qi: "Take a look at your shirt first. You skipped a button."
Zhi Hei: "This is fashion! Your socks are different colors."
Shen Qi smirked: "It's fashion."
Mother Huang almost choked on her tea from listening to their childish conversation. She smiled happily as she enjoyed the liveliness in the room.
Zhi Hei kept looking at his watch every few minutes wondering when they're going to arrive. Shen Qi nervously fixed his tie several times after sitting down on the couch.
Mother Huang sighed helplessly, 'it's either they drive me crazy by walking around or sitting down and repeating their movements over and over again. My dears, please arrive soon.'
Not long after, there were several knocks on the door. This was the morse code that the Huang couple and Qian Ling had created as a password.
Father Huang stood up from his seat, "It's them. That's our code." he smiled.
Before he took another step, two bunnies already hopped their way to the door fighting to open it. Finally, they decided to play rock, paper, scissors to determine who will open the door.
Father Huang's mouth was left dangling as he watched the two of them verse each other a few times ending in a tie. 'Is that really my son....?'
At last, Shen Qi won by one point and happily opened the door.
After opening the door, the four were stunned by what they saw. In front of them were three figures wrapped like old grannies with terrible fashion taste. The one in front of Shen Qi had an extremely obnoxious neon green scarf wrapped like a hat around her head matched with a cow patterned oversized shirt, purple jeans and flip flops. The one behind her had an oversized dark brown trench coat, shirt with a huge beaten up bunny design in the center, neon pink pants cowboy boots up to knee length, and a grim reaper smile designed mask covering the bottom half of her face. Last, but not least, the girl next to this one had an explosive perm hair that looked like she came from the 50's, plaid scarf long enough to reach the floor, swirly designed blouse, bell bottom jeans, and slippers with a clown face on it. Ah, right. Her face had two huge moles and one of them had a piece of hair sticking out.
The four froze after seeing the stunning "low key" figures in front of them. It was amazing how these three even got into the building...
Qian Ling was the first to break the awkward silence. "Can we go in?"
Shen Qi moved aside for the three of them to get into the room. After they got into the room, the girls stripped off their vulgar clothing and tossed it aside. They were all wearing normal clothes underneath the old fashion clothes.
"Phew, I thought I was going to die wearing these layers. So many people were looking at us!"
Zhi Hei and Shen Qi thought to themselves, 'Actually, I think it was us who were dying.. one second crying and grieving and the next being all happy knowing you're alive.'
Zhi Hei and Shen Qi quickly made their way to their girlfriends and inspected every corner to make sure that they weren't hurt. Shi Xue wrapped her arms around Zhi Hei's waist and looked into his eyes, "I missed you so much." He held her in his embrace tightly and whispered, "i missed you very much too. My heart died the moment that car exploded in front of me. Now, it's working again. Thank goodness you're alright." She rubbed her face onto his chest a few times and sniffed him. "I missed your scent so much." He laughed as he rubbed her small back and noticed that she had lost a few pounds in weight. "You've lost weight. When we get back, I'll have the chef prepare your favorites plates." She closed her eyes, "mmm..feed me until I could be your thanksgiving turkey." He chuckled, "shh.. let me hug you a bit more. It's been so long since I've felt our warmth." The two lovebirds closed their eyes as they remained in each other's arms.
Meanwhile, Hui Yan showered Shen Qi with kisses everywhere on his face. "I missed you sooo much!!! i was dying to see you!!!" Shen Qi placed his index finger onto her cherry glossed lips, "Don't ever mention that word on yourself again. I've already experienced losing you once, I can't bear to hear the word 'death' in the same sentence as you again or from anyone's mouth, including yours." She smiled with misty eyes, "mmm... whatever you say" During the accident, Hui Yan suffered from a few scratches on her ankle so standing after a long walk started to make her wound hurt. "ss..." she hissed.
Shen Qi quickly frowned along with the Huang couple. They immediately circled around her asking her where she felt pain and if she needed a doctor. Hui Yan smiled warmly, "it's just a few scratches, I'm fine. I walked too much, that's all." Shen Qi quickly carried her to the couch and placed her down gently. He took of her clown slippers and carefully looked at her wound. After making sure that her wound wasn't reopened, he sighed in relief. "You should've told me that your ankle hurt." he frowned. The couple nodded in agreement looked at her bandaged ankle. She rubbed Shen Qi's cheeks and said, "I'm really alright. If my cuts are considered bad, look at Sis in laws!"
Shi xue shot a glance towards Hui Yan for giving her out. Suddenly, the rooms temperature dropped a few degrees...
