The crowd roared excitedly as this headline would definitely make the front page of the news.

Shi Xue paused a bit before revealing that she already has 51% of shares in her hands and everything is under control. Shi Huang Jie poses no threat to her position anymore as he had lost all his supporters trust. She is more confident than ever that with the help of Zhi Hei and those around her, Shi Corps will be back to the top in the future.

After the meeting finished, Zhi Hei received a call from Cliffard.

"Congratulations on your successful public announcement. I asked your secretary earlier and it seems like you are free this evening. Shall we have our reunion?"

Zhi Hei and Shi Xue was holding each other's hands as they entered the restaurant. The restaurant was emptied with only a man in a navy blue suit and wavy hair sitting with an opened bottle of wine on the table along with a few staff on the side.
Zhi Hei smiled as he approached the man and loosened his hands from Shi Xue's.
"Long time no see" he smiled as he greeted Cliffard.
After hearing a familiar voice, Cliffards cold eyes turned gentle as he revealed a smile and opened his arms for a hug. "Damn! It's been almost 4 years!!"
"Time flies by fast when you earn so much money. You didn't even have the time to stop by here no matter how many times I invited you."
"haha, sorry sorry, I left so sudden years ago and never came back. I'm here now aren't I? You're the first I called for a reunion! Don't give me a long face like that!" he patted Zhi Hei's shoulders.
After the hug, Cliffard's eyes met Shi Xue's. She was standing there silently as she watched the two greeted each other. Even though this was the first time she met Cliffard, she had an odd feeling towards him. Her body was filled with goosebumps the moment his eyes met hers. She didn't get a good feeling at all from him. 'Maybe I'm overreacting. He is Zhi Hei's good friend so he should be a decent person.'
She smiled and walked up to greet him holding out her hands halfway behind Zhi Hei. Cliffard saw her movement, but he turned his head and chatted with Zhi Hei ignoring Shi Xue's existence. She raised her eyebrow and retracted her arm. Zhi Hei seemed to have forgotten about her for the first time since they've been together. 'This man is surely interesting. What does he want to play...but since he wants to.. I'll let him play with fire'
She crossed her arms and stood awkwardly by the table as she watched the two chat endlessly. She used the timer on her phone to see how long Zhi Hei would finally remember that she was there. After 10 minutes and 35 seconds, Zhi Hei turned his head to order food just to meet the cold glance from her eyes. She no longer held a smile on her beautiful elegant face. Instead, she was frowning and it was obvious that a dark thundering cloud was above her head. 'Shit!!! A storm is coming.. no.. it's already here... fuck!!!' he thought to himself as a drop of cold sweat traced down his handsome face.
He quickly changed the topic and turned towards Cliffard as he took her hands, "Sorry for the late introduction, she's my girlfriend Shi Xue. We were too focused on our conversation that she wasn't introduced earlier."
"Oh? So it's her. I still remember how forgetful you were with girlfriends. I thought she was your secretary, my bad. Hi, I'm Cliffard." he gave Shi Xue a meaningful glance.
Shi Xue slipped her hands out of Zhi Hei's and smiled, "Oh? I sat for too long today so my legs were feeling numb earlier. I wanted to stand for a bit before I sit again. Sorry if I disturbed your conversation. It was nice meeting you."
This time, she didn't bother holding out her arms and walked towards the empty seats. Zhi Hei purposely pulled out the seat beside him for her, but was totally ignored. She went passed the seat and sat two seats from his. After sitting down, she smiled like a blossoming flower with elegance. Zhi Hei gulped after seeing her act this way.
Cliffard broke the silence and smirked, "Let's order. Miss. Shi, you must've been hungry."
Shi Xue took a sip of tea and replied, "Not really. I'm only here to accompany Zhi Hei here to greet you. I'm quite tired from the work I've done today."
Zhi Hei frowned at her attitude towards Cliffard, but didn't dare say anything to her when she's angry. He quickly ordered her favorite dishes and occasionally glanced towards her direction to see if she was feeling any better. The food came 13 minutes later and the trio began eating. Shi Xue saw a table of her favorites and smiled inwardly while maintaining a straight face. Zhi Hei kept placing food onto her dish while Cliffard was eating.
"Zhi Hei, I remember you never liked the spicy dishes, why did you order all these?"
"These are Shi Xue's favorites. It's for her. I remember you also eat spicy, so you could also eat it."
"Oh? Miss. Shi, it must be so nice having Zhi Hei by your side. You see, he didn't even have the heart to place food on mine, but yours is full already."

During the whole dinner, she never said anything unless she was asked a question. While she was loving the delicious dishes in front of her, she was observing Cliffard's every action. 'So.. my 6th sense is pretty damn accurate. this guy is here to cause some trouble.. But I never saw him before, which part of me stepped on his dog tail that he can't wag around me when he sees me?
