After a while of Yu Rou's sobbing act, everyone just stood there as if they were looking at a very bad show. The silence was broken, by whimpers of pain. When they all looked, the pain came from Shi Xue. Her forehead had a layer of cold sweat and her arms are wrapping around her lower abdomen. Tears were flowing out of her reddened eyes as she slowly bent down. She began to bite her lips as she felt the pain. Her eyes was closed tightly as she gasped for breath.
Zhi Hei's expression turned pale when she haw Shi Xue in tremendous pain. He quickly picked her up from his mother's embrace and brought her to the bed.
"DOCTORS!! GET IN HERE!!"
The doctors ran in after hearing his loud agitated voice from the room. After examining Shi Xue, who is painfully clenching the blanket on the bed, they reported that she consumed a type of illegal drug that would lower the person's blood pressure and leave them in massive pain. There are no antidote or any way of helping her with the pain as pain killers are ineffective against this drug. She will be fine once she gets the drug out of her system, so the only thing they could suggest her to do now is to drink warm liquids to fasten up her system.
After hearing the doctors explanation and conclusion, Zhi Hei brushed Shi Xue's hair dotingly and whispered "You're going to be alright. I'll be back after I make these pigs pay for their deeds." He placed a peck onto her sweaty forehead.
Mother Huang sat by the bed accompanying Shi Xue. Father Huang and other bodyguards were faced the opposite direction since Shi Xue's ripped dress was inappropriate for them to look at. He also ordered for someone to bring a clean set of clothes so that Shi Xue could change into it. Yu Rou stopped her act after realizing that nobody cared about her existence anymore. The more she act, the more she looks like a parody to them. She wanted to escape while everyone's attention is on Shi Xue. She forgot that there were bodyguards outside of the room so when she bumped into one of them, she was immediately caught.
"L..LET ME GO!!! I'M THE FUTURE MISTRESS OF THE HUANG FAMILY! HOW DARE YOU TOUCH ME!"
The attention was once again on her. Zhi Hei was more relaxed knowing that his mother is taking care of Shi Xue. As father Huang understood his own wife doting nature, he knew that these people cannot be let off easily or else there will be more trouble in the future. From the beginning till now he didn't speak up until Xia Jing Lin challenged him using his wife. Since young, father Huang had taught Zhi Hei that wife always comes before everything else. Therefore, Zhi Hei never introduced any girls he liked to his parents because he isn't sure whether he is really interested in the girl. If it weren't for Xia family's shamelessness, perhaps Zhi Hei would've introduced Shi Xue to them already. Father Huang approached Zhi Hei and patted his shoulder.
Father Huang: "I've never seen you as serious before. Remember what dad taught you since young"
Zhi Hei smirked as he replied: "Like father, like son. Don't worry dad, I'm a real man."
After speaking, Zhi Hei whispered something to Shen Qi and ordered the bodyguards to bring the two pigs back to the next room. The guests who were downstairs were allowed to leave since the preview of the show is already done. The real show had just begun.
