Chen Mu's hands did not stop until they were informed that the ambulance is waiting by the entrance. When Zhi Hei wanted to move Shi Xue's body, he realized that the needles would either loosen and fall out or stab further into her body. This was the first time that he was ever this helpless. Chen Mu knew what Zhi Hei was worrying about and that was also his main concern.

They also can't help her dress because of the needles nor cover her with blankets when they go out to the ambulance. Zhi Hei made a phone call and notified the Huang's top private doctors from different hospitals to immediately rush over to where they are located. He told President Mos the concerns they had inside of the room and at the end, both decided that this was the best method to treat her current condition.

Chen Mu also informed Zhi Hei that this is not a simple food spilling incident. He needs to take the matter extremely serious, because the culprit definitely wanted Shi Xue dead this time. The culprit chose a forbidden drug that had been long lost since ages ago. It was probably modified and used today during the ceremony. Once the patient consumed it or had somehow came in contact with it through a wound, they would feel intensive pain as if needles were stabbing every corner of their body. It is an extremely cruel method to use on someone and once used, the person would gradually lose their strength in moving and fall unconscious. Even when the person is unconscious, they would still feel the burning sensation and needle prickling pain. Luckily, Shi Xue did not drink or eat anything that had the poison in it, otherwise, it would've been very difficult to save her. The person who used this drug is someone who is not familiar with poisons. If the food was a bit cooled down and didn't cause a wound, she probably would feel slight effects, but not too much.

Zhi Hei's expression became extremely ugly and only darkened as Chen Mu continued speaking about her diagnosis. "When will she wake up?" his voice was deep and hoarse.

Chen Mu shook his head, "Even I am unsure. I've only heard about it and seen my grandfather treat a patient like this once. I did all I can for her as of right now and will continue to treat her using acupuncture. I know you are in a lot of pain right now seeing her like this, but you must understand this is the only way to ensure her life's safety.

Zhi Hei took a few deep breathes before walking over to the girl who is covered in needles..

He wanted to hold her in his embrace and warm her body up. He wanted to see the girl's smile and hear her voice again. He wanted to at least hold her hands to let her feel his presence and not be afraid of the pain she's currently suffering... but he can't touch any parts of her right now. He was unsure where he could touch her so that her condition would stabilize...

Chen Mu sighed as he placed his hand on Zhi Hei's shoulders. "Right now, you must take the shortest amount of time to dig the culprit out. I know you want to stay with her, but other than watching me treat her and putting yourself through more pain.. you should find the culprit and take revenge. She needs you to be strong as she's fighting her own war with the poison."

Zhi Hei's hand clenched to a strong fist.."You're right. How dare they lay their fingers on her? How dare they plan to kill her right under my nose. I was right there at the party! I am going to find each and one of whoever is involved and shred them into pieces in the most ruthless ways! I promised them that their bodies will be horrifically deformed."

He walked out of the room and had his special team protect Shi Xue from outsiders. Unless it is from his request or Chen Mu's request, nobody could enter the room. All supplies will be provided by the Huang's. Whoever else seems suspiciously lurking around will be detained until further notice.
