Stage 1- Mana Circulation: Circulating the mana from the air through the body, this is done in preparation of future cultivation and can even lead to upgrading your talent if done right.
Stage 2- Mana Pool: Contain the mana from the air within your heart, the better your talent the more is needed. It is best to go to your limit before breaking through, or your potential will decrease significantly.
Stage 3- Mana Whirlpool: Turn the mana in your heart until it picks up speed and begins to become denser and stronger. The faster the whirlpool the faster you will be in cultivation of Mana Compacting.
Stage 4- Mana Compacting: Use the whirlpool to continually make your mana thicker, purer and denser. The better you do the better your future core.
Stage 5- Mana Core: Use the compacted mana to create a core. The smaller you can make your core the better unless of course it is because of a lack of mana.
Stage 6- Core Palace: Create a palace around your core, this is used to infuse your knowledge of the Daos as the body can't usually handle it.

Stage 1- Skin Strengthening: Circulate mana from the air or body throughout the skin to make your skin thicker and tougher.
Stage 2- Muscle refinement: Circulate mana from the air or body throughout the muscles to make your muscles more elastic, tougher and thicker.
Stage 3- Organ Refinement: Carefully circulate the mana through the organs until they are incredibly tough and sturdy
Stage 4- Bone Refinement: Circulate man into the bones to reinforce the toughness and sturdiness of the bones.
Stage 5- Marrow Refinement: Refining the marrow so that blood can more easily be created.
Stage 6- Bloodline Strengthening: The use of mana to make the blood itself stronger. Has the added bonus of awakening a bloodline if you have one.
Stage 7- Physique Reinforcement: The process of making the body to be more whole and attached with stronger bonds (Fuses all of the previous work into one). Has the possibility of awakening a special physique if you have one.
Stage 8- Gate of Beginning: Open the space just under your navel and begin filling it with energy as well as strengthening it at the same time. Allows the body refiners to use short ranged or melee energy attacks as well as augment the body with energy. The energy that is unlocked has many names however it is either Yin or Yang in attribute (NEVER BOTH).
