I have acquired a lot of herbs from different species, I learned how to fight with those beasts with only a dagger.
But I must admit that it was a pleasure to see this much green and those animals even if I killed some. It was rare to see trees or herbs in my past life maybe I should send a "thank you note" to Shen; something in this style:

In front of the Lei Residence a little girl, no more than fifteen was stopped by the guards.
The guards looked at her with disdain. The girl was beautiful with clear blue eyes, but her skin was not white, a pity thought the guards. Her clothes were tattered, she had dirt on her face and clothes. To sum up she looked like a beggar and her request was to see the general.
"This girl is dreaming with her eyes open, since when our Lei Residence could be defamed by a beggar," said the guard A
"Girl, if you accept to warm my bed maybe I will let you see the Great General" said guard B
Long Ming Yue looked at the guards coldly, then an evil smile shortly appeared on her face. If the guards at looked at her more seriously they would have stopped with their jokes.
Sadly, they looked more at her figure than her facial expressions.
"Really." the girl asked with a clear melodious voice.
When Guard B heard her voice, he was charmed and decided to take her as a concubine.
"You can forget warming my bed." he said
Long Ming Yue thought that he had finally come to reason and was about to let a sigh of relief out, but guard B talked again.
"Become my concubine, with your skin shade you don't have what it takes to be my main wife so taking you as a concubine is the most I can do" he looked at her with a proud look.

Not long after her sentence, everyone heard a crying voice when looking at the direction of the sound they saw guard B, on the ground holding his bleeding lower part.
No one saw what really happened, even guard A that was beside him did not really know what really happened and how Guard B was injured.
"Didn't you want to take me as a concubine?" said the girl.
It's only after hearing her voice that everyone looked at her, and what they saw made them breathless.
She had a dagger in her hand.
The dagger was covered with blood.
"Now I would like to see how you can take in a concubine" every man looked at her with fear and subconsciously held their lower parts.
"What are all those noises for?" asked a calm voice
"Respect to the young General," said a guard while holding his fist in his hand and lowering his head. "This young girl just attacked guard Bei" he then continued while pointing Long Ming Yue.
A scholarly man in green emerged in front of Ming Yue, surprise could be read on her face.
"Oh, it's you!" she said with a nonchalant tone.
"Little robber, did you regret taking my golden taels and came to give them back to me," asked Lei Feng.
"I would like to see the Great General," she said as she had never heard Lei Feng talking.
"Why?" asked Lei Feng
"Should there be a reason for granddaughter to come to see her grandfather" she answered coldly.
All the guards present gasped for air. Guard A was perspiring like a polar bear in the desert. He just treated the Great General's granddaughter as a beggar!
If she said everything to the Great General, he fears that even Buddha could not preserve him.
Everyone in Tianning city knows that the Great General is really short when it comes to his loved ones. Even so, he was glad not to have done like guard Bei, proposing her to become his concubine and even saying that she was not worthy of being the main wife.

In the family hall, a middle-aged man in blue and a middle-aged woman in white were waiting for her. The middle-aged man looked handsome with sword-like eyebrows with a piercing gaze however he looked fatigued.
The middle-aged woman was not a shocking beauty but her aura, her eyes were both crying inviolable. She had the posture of a general's wife, straight back, gentle eyes but firm, no powder on her face. To sum it up she was gracious.
"Who are you?" asked the middle-aged man
"Just as I supposed he already told you" she said referring to Lui Feng, "your granddaughter" she answered coldly
Suddenly the room was freezing cold, it's like the cold had several little daggers attacking your body at the same time, the pressure was as if a boulder was smashing you into the ground and the killing intent is like a boa constrictor all over the body.
Great General Lei was indeed flashing his battle fierceness at her.
"My daughter died while giving birth and my granddaughter died not long after that" he said fiercely, the ears of everyone present were ringing.
With a move of her hand the pressure vanished, she then looked at the Great General smugly.
"You naïve old thing believes whatever is said to you, tsk tsk it really hurts my ego to be associated with you" she said to a flabbergasted Great General while massaging her ear.
He was shocked by the young girl in front of him as she could with a slight move of her hand dissolve his pressure, he was considered among the best in Azure country.
However, he analyzed her while she entered the hall and he felt no spiritual power from her body.

"Impudent!" yelled Great General Lei, just like before he had infused spiritual power into his words.

Looking at the girl unyielding eyes felt that letting her go would be a grave mistake he would regret all his life.
"Feng'er, prepare a room for your niece," he said then pointing to Long Ming Yue he spoke sternly "You, come with me."
Lei Feng and Madam Lei had not left the room during the exchange, they did not speak however the situation was analyzed by them.
Madam Lei looked at Lei Feng then smiled with excitation "My granddaughter is awesome Feng'er!"
She had looked at the scene as a third party and the girl gesture was the same as the Great General, their way of standing straight with their hands behind their back, the same stubborn eyebrows if she was not their granddaughter then who else could be named as such into the Lei Family.
