"You first spread out your domain and try freeze things as far as you can. By using it more you should be able to increase the range. It's like muscle the more you use it and push beyond the limit the more powerful it becomes."
Nodding Rei sat in a meditative position while spreading out his Frost Domain an area 13m wide spread out from him. The temperature slowly dipped.
"Now try freezing a pole at the edge of your domain. Using that pole you build on it pass your domain."
Ice started to gather at the tip of the pole slowly increasing outwards. Rei's face was scrunched up in concentration as he tried to extend the domain further. After it had went pass the domain by 10cm Rei's concentration broke as he puked out blood.
The dragons eyes widened seeing this.
"Shit! Host I believe that the maximum range is stuck at 13m."

"No matter host. Shall we strengthen what is in the 13m then." The dragon said thinking up of ways to do this.
"Host try decrease the temperature of ice within your domain. Imagine the atoms slowing down even more. While you have your Zettaireido(Absolute Zero) You forcefully apply it by using your body. We shall train for you to use it within your domain without physically touching the person."
Sitting back down Rei started his training by doing everything in his domain. From having robots attack him while he used his domain to counter attack through making ice spikes, to creating ice within the robots.
