Keira took a nap while she was waiting for Zach. She was crying in her dream, but when she woke up, she felt a surge of happiness and was smiling widely.

"It felt so real," she beamed as she caressed her belly and looked up to the sky. It was already dark, and there was already a fire lit outside their shelter.

"Finally, you're awake…" Zach said, smiling as he prepared dinner.

Keira smiled at him sweetly and quickly walked up to hug him. "What's wrong?" Zach whispered as he gently stroke Keira's back.Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click www.webnovel.com for visiting.

"I dreamed of them once more…" Keira whispered. She guided Zach to sit beside her and held his hands. "Whom did you dream of?" Zach questioned.

Keira could hardly contain her happiness when she blurted, "Our twins…", and added, "They were both so cute in my dreams. I wish you could see them. So, I think this is a sign for us to continue to work on it while we are here."

Zach frowned as he countered, "We've already talked about this, Keira. Don't be stubborn… It's not safe."

Keira bit her lip while still insisting, "No, I think it will be okay. You had a basic training in childbirth too, right? I'll make sure to deliver well by eating properly and take care of myself carefully. In the olden days, they did not have advanced medical system either. Mothers back then also gave birth in nature like this, with minimal to no equipment at all."

"In the olden days more babies and mothers were dying compared to the modern days, because of serious complications, like infections," Zach contradicted. But Keira, the stubborn woman that she was, kept sticking to her gun, "But you also said that the island has almost all the things that we need to keep us alive. There were medicinal herbs and..."

"Keira, stop this nonsense. How many times do I have to tell you that it's too risky?" Zach cut her in and snapped. He was usually a calm person, but this time he really could not see the point why Keira would keep on pushing this reckless thought of hers, just because of the dream she had.

Keira bit her lip as tears filled her eyes. She could not explain her urge to conceive either, but the bliss that crept over her in that dream was so intense that she could not just let it go. And everything felt uncommonly real. She could still recall Zach's laughter as he played with the twins and the happiness that engulfed her when they called her 'Mommy.'

Zach let out a long sigh as he pulled her wife and kissed her forehead. "I'm so sorry for raising my voice at you. I really didn't mean to… It's just that my decision on this is set, Keira. We can have as many children as you want as soon as we're back home. Not only twins… I will give you a whole basketball team consisting only of our children. But not now. So, be patient, please…" he coaxed her.

This time Keira could no longer control her emotions, and she burst out crying in Zach's arms. "I'm sorry… Maybe I'm just too carried away…" She stammered.

She gently pulled herself from his embrace and looked closely into his eyes as she contended, "But what if they can't find us? What if it will take them years before they find us? I still think we should not be so strict when calculating my cycle. I mean if it's bound to happen, then it will happen. If it's not meant to happen, then it won't happen."

Zach pulled Keira to his embrace once more and gently caressed her back and stroke her hair lovingly.

Zach knew how emotional Keira was right now. Being stranded on a deserted island was not an easy feat at all. Though they had the consolation of being together, yet, who would ever dream of living a life like this?

"Please, consider it. Let's just make love without constraint, without overthinking..." Keira mumbled, still hoping Zach would agree to her suggestion.

Zach did not know whether to laugh or to scold her. If only there were no risks for her life, of course, why would he not want to make love to his beautiful wife, whom he loved immensely, every day without caring about that stupid precautionary measure? He would definitely pounce on her at every chance he got. He would not care about her period, fertile days, or whatnot.

To lighten the mood, he gently pushed Keira so he could look directly into her eyes. And with a lifted eyebrow, he jested, "I can't believe that my wife desires me this much? I'm really flattered. I could only imagine what kind of indecent thoughts have been running wild in your mind during our diet period? And did you have naughty dreams about me too? I bet you couldn't wait for our diet period to be over so you could attack me endlessly, huh?"

Keira wiped her tears and gently hit Zach's chest. She complained with pouty lips, "Stop joking! I'm dead serious…"

"Why, I'm dead serious too! Don't you worry, my star, I will make sure to fully satisfy you after our diet period is over. I'll feed you with my love, so much that you'll be overfed. You better prepare yourself well… Har!!!" Zach mimicked a hungry wolf gesture and sound that made Keira giggle.

Zach smiled to see his wife's mood lifted again.

"Oh God, Thank you so much!" Field Marshal Chan shouted. He did not care about the people around him who got startled by his voice. He was in the middle of a meeting with some of his high-ranking officers when Lieutenant Kang from D Country called to inform him about the second body that was found a few days ago. Lieutenant Kang just confirmed that the body was identified as Draco's.

Field Marshal Chan quickly dismissed his officers. Other things could wait. There was a higher possibility that Zach and Keira were still alive, so he immediately went to the control room to give his men some instructions. He wanted to make sure that they scrupulously raked through each of the islands that was spread throughout the whole Pacific Ocean.

It did not matter how long the search would take them, and he knew it would not be without challenge, but he would never stop until his daughter and son-in-law were found.

Tears shimmered in his eyes as he called Sheila to deliver the news. Although it could not be considered entirely as good news, but knowing Zach had the upper hand on the two villains was already a piece of good news to him. Hope bloomed inside him because Zach was the best among all his subordinates, and Field Marshal Chan was confident that his son-in-law would be able to survive the ocean with his exceptional skills.

"Hang in there, my children…" Field Marshal Chan murmured. His hopes soared, his spirits brightened, and his heart was full of determination to find his daughter and son-in-law to get them back to the safety and comfort of their family again.
