"Here, drink this while it's still hot," Keira handed the cup to Zach as both of them sat on the bench.

Zach smiled because he was about to buy one in the coffee shop, but the line was too long, so he ended up watching the sunrise first.

"Why are you smiling?" Keira asked when she noticed Zach's smile.

"Nothing," he said still smiling but then his face suddenly became serious as he turned his head to her.

"Are you okay? Why are you here and with that? I thought you hate needles." Said Zach looking at her dextrose then intently at Keira.

Keira gave him an awkward smile.

"Oh, I have severe cramps that usually attack once or twice in a year. I often stay in the hospital when it happens since I felt like dying most of the time. They put the dextrose when I was asleep," Keira explained laughing because it was true.

Her Big Brother could only insert needle once she's asleep.

Then she added, "It's a girl thing so it feels awkward to uhm elaborate."

"And he is your doctor?" Zach asked.

"Hmm, yeah. We two are very close. By the way, how's your grandfather? What a coincidence that he's also admitted here "

She bit her lip, she suddenly felt guilty for lying so she slightly bowed her head down.

She heard Zach sigh and murmur, "That's good that your matter is nothing serious to be worried about..."

Zach had heard about these girly things but this was the first time he heard that someone was admitted to hospital because of it. He just presumed that it was probably the pain tolerance.

Keira noticed Zach's confused look so she laughed and said, "You don't want to know how my mood swings are whenever I have severe pain... Anyway, I'm asking how is grandpa? Your grandpa I mean?"

"Oh, he will undergo a procedure later today, so hopefully, he will be back on track." Said Zach as he drank the coffee and said, "Thanks for this, but I think I've stolen this from someone."

Keira laughed and said, "Haha, that's Dr. Yang's coffee, and it's okay. Anyway, that buddy is too busy to drink his own coffee."

Then Keira got hers and drank it too. Zach looked at her directly and said, "Dr. Yang, he looks young to be a doctor."

Keira laughed once more and said, "It's because he has soft features and more of a flower boy look, but I think you two are at the same age."

"Hmm, I see. So you two are close and he is like your personal doctor." Zach muttered unconsciously.

'Yes, but why are we talking about him?' Keira wanted to voice out because she had been dying to talk about Zach and her and about the kiss they had.

"Are you perhaps jealous of him?" Keira mumbled in her lowest tone.

"What?!" Zach asked as he coughed and Keira gently patted his shoulder.

"When are you going back?" Zach asked to change the topic as soon as he recovered.

"Usually, I stay in the hospital from five to seven days, but it depends. Oh, can I visit your grandfather tomorrow." Said Keira smiling.

Zach stared at her a bit confused and murmured, "You don't have to."

Keira's face crumpled, she deliberately turned her head to Zach and insisted, "But I want to."

"But you really don't have to." Zach refused because Keira was a patient too, so he found it weird.

Keira bit her lip because she felt that Zach's refusal meant he was refusing her because he did not take her seriously.

Zach noticed Keira's conflicted look so he said smiling, "Look at you, isn't it a bit awkward for a patient to visit a patient? I mean you are in your patient gown too."

"But it's okay because I just want to meet them," she said and then added, "I mean, you kissed me last time, so I have the right to believe that we are in a relationship."

Keira mumbled the words timidly as her face reddened.

Zach was caught off guard and did not respond while Keila suddenly felt shy so she hurriedly stood up and ran away from Zach.

"Wait," Zach, who was about to run towards her, call out.

But then Keira stopped, turned her head to him and smiled.

"It's okay, I don't need to hear your answer right now. I mean, just let me express how much I like you and let me do things to show my sincerity. I'll see you tomorrow. By the way, don't worry too much, your grandpa… I'm sure he's a fighter like you, so he's as strong as you," she said with a wink still smiling.

Zach was left with a dropped jaw. He was so speechless that he didn't know how to respond at all.

Jim who witnessed it all was sweating hard.

He knew that Miss Keira was blunt but he felt like this was too bold of a move for a girl her age.

'She's practically earnestly wooing the General.' Jim mused and scratched his head. He was not sure if he should report this to Field Marshal or not.

Or how he should say it to Field Marshal Chan. He had that troubled look when Keira passed by him.

"I'm going to kill you if you report this to my dad," Keira murmured with her deadly stare that made Jim gulp in fear.
