Stacy knelt on her knees clenching her chest. Her heart suddenly burst in pain and she doesn't know where it came from. It seems like there are some memories extremely hidden within her subconscious mind that are being stirred. It was buried deep within that stirs up sorrow in her heart. Although her mind can't recall everything but her heart can't forget the anguish it caused her.
Pains that she never wanted to remember-AGAIN. The aches that she doesn't want to feel yet again. It's too much to bear. Tears of bitterness kept streaming on her face that Sherry wanted to cry with her as well. Sherry's heart was being torn apart as she beheld Stacy's miserable state.
"Stacy, what is happening to you?" Sherry asked with a bawling eye.
"Momma…" she cried miserably. Sherry was taken by surprise when she heard Stacy. Then after a few seconds, she spotted an unconscious Stacy lying in her arms.
"Stacy!" Sherry hollered.
Meantime, Aisha suddenly felt perturbed. Her heart, she feels like it is breaking apart. Why am I feeling this way? She thought as she touched her chest. what is this? She was thinking. As time passes by, that agitation keeps getting stronger and stronger.
"Are you okay?" Ethan worriedly asked the restless woman.
"I don't think I am. Can we go home now?" she honestly uttered.
"I'll just call Eli real quick." Ethan stood up and run towards Eli. After a few minutes, she saw Ethan walking towards her with Eli in his arms.
"How about Sahaya?" Aisha weakly inquired.
"Her Uncle came a few seconds before I left. Don't worry, let's just go home for now." Ethan helped her stood up.
Then Ethan took his phone in his jacket and dialed Tanner's number, their driver. After a few minutes, the car was already in front of them.
The three decided to take the back seat. After they have settled inside, Tanner drove in a hurry when he noticed his madam a bit pale. Big sweats were forming in her foreheads.
Oh how she wanted to scream and release the pain that she was feeling right now. However, Eli was with them. He'll get petrified for sure. it's already a blessing that Eli doze off to sleep while waiting for the car earlier.
"Hey, can you still manage? Would you like to go to the hospital instead?" Ethan noticed her paleness and the sweats breaking out from her foreheads. He wants to embrace her but he was carrying Eli.
"I'm good. No need to go to the hospital." she mumbles weakly with her eyes closed.
She clenches her chest even more. It's too painful to bear. This feeling of sadness, fear, nervousness, guilt and a lot more that Aisha can't even understand. She can't take it anymore then tears started to gush from her eyes. She tried to restrain it but she just can't.
Aisha immediately covered her head with the blanket. She doesn't want to worry Ethan that much. After a few minutes, they were already in the mansion. Ethan hurriedly carried Eli in his room while Aisha slowly followed. However, she stopped at the patio. Suddenly, she fell on her knees and cried her heart out. She needs to release whatever that thing that's troubling her.
She clenched her chest even more. There are maids inside the mansion who overheard her but no one dares to approach the wretched woman.
Some maids where thinking that Ethan and their madam must have had some kind of argument but looking at Ethan who swiftly run towards her changed their perceptions.
"Aisha, what's the matter? Please don't scare me like this!" His voice was full of concern. But still, Aisha didn't respond. It's not that she's ignoring him but she simply can't talk and she doesn't even have the slightest idea what's happening to her.
Her head looking down and tears continually streams from her eyes.
"Aisha…" Ethan hugged her not letting go then he stroke her head lovingly for a few minutes.
"E-Ethan…" she weakly uttered. Then Ethan released her and looked at her anxiously. "I-I can't take it any---'' it was the last thing Ethan heard then afterwards, Aisha fainted. It's good that Ethan was swift to catch her or else, she will surely bang her head on the ground.
"Call doctor Sonny, at once!" Ethan bellowed as she carried the unconscious Aisha in their room. The maids watching in a corner hurriedly run towards the house phone and quickly called the family doctor. After a minute, he came.
"Doctor, how is she?" Ethan fuss.
"She's good and there's nothing wrong with her heart. she must have been stressed out the past days that her body decided to released it this way." Doctor Sonny replied after running some checkups.
"Are you sure? can't you do a more thorough checkup on her?" Ethan implored.
"We don't have to do that, Mr. Ethan. I guarantee you that she's out of danger." He smiled with assurance.
Ethan heaved a sigh. "Okay. thank you then." Ethan shook the doctor's hand and asked one of the maids to escort him out of the room. As soon as the people in the room left, he sat beside her and run his finger in her pale face. His heart ached when he recalled what happened earlier.
The first and last time he saw Aisha in a vulnerable state was when she had her breakdown, exposing all her lies in front of him and the others. But the breakdown this time was a bit different from then.
Ethan was in deep thought. The doctor says her physical condition is okay, that maybe she was stressed out the past days. That could be possible but Aisha is not the kind of person who breakdown easily.

"Hello, it's me Ethan. I need you to do something as soon as possible." He uttered as soon as the man on the other line picked up the call.
"Yes it's urgent." As soon as he conveyed his instructions and conditions, he hung up and once again looked at Aisha.
Then after a few minutes, his phone vibrated. he took it out just to see an email notification. He opened to read the content but he was surprised, he dropped his jaw as a result.
