A sweet female voice came from the other end. “Yize… You finally picked up.”

“Heh… I heard you terminated your contract with Endless Night. Any future plans?”

“Wait!” The woman stopped him and chuckled lightheartedly. “I’m sending you a message. It’s about An Xiaxia…”
She hung up immediately after that. Sheng Yize then received a message.
He tapped it open, looking disinterested. However, his face turned grim right away.
“Brother, what’s wrong?” Chi Yuanfeng sensed something wasn’t right and moved closer to check his phone.
Sheng Yize put it away immediately. “It’s nothing.”
He left with a hand in his pocket, leaving Chi Yuanfeng behind with a surprised look on his face.
He had caught a glimpse of the screen and saw that it seemed to be a text message with a picture attached. The picture was of a piece of paper and he only saw one sentence of the text, which read, “Who’s the real third person?”
“What the heck! Brother Yize is so stingy. It’s not like I’m going to do anything to him…” Chi Yuanfeng grumbled. Little did he know, a storm was coming.
