The following day.

Jessy decided to go out early.

After finishing the blood transfusion at exactly 10:00 in the evening Jessy teleported into the hospital where she had last seen Suzanne, she peered at the glass window of the ICU, she can no longer see Suzanne. However she saw more or less 6 people lying in the hospital bed looking like they were also in a comatose estate, she saw them before, but she only noticed them today.

Passing through the wall she went inside the ICU room.

She checked each patient's faces.

They were all coma patients still breathing with the help of the breathing machine but their brain was already dead.

She inspected her hands...feeling curious...if...what she did to Suzanne she will also do the same to the comatose people here...what's going to happen? Will they also wake up like Suzanne?

Maybe not or maybe yes.

Why not try it again?

Let see if it will give the same result, she said to herself.

No harm in trying.

She went to the first patient...it's an elderly woman, aged 60 years old. She went to her side and touches her head. "Hello Granny, are you gonna wake up or you wanna die? If you are tired of living already rest in peace if you wanna live then wake up! What are you waiting for? Wake up now! Ops, sorry Granny...I'm just joking..."

She stared at the elderly woman, she's not showing any sign of waking up. Hmm, maybe what happened to Suzanne was just a coincidence, she doesn't have any healing power after all.

She went to the next patient...

It's a teenager about 20 years old...what happened to her? The girl has bandages on her head and her arms got bruises and cuts...maybe she was involved in a car accident? She must have hit her head really hard that's why she was in a coma. She touches the girls head for a few minutes and whispered in her ears..."Hello girl, what happened to you? Can you hear me? You can't stay sleeping forever, you got to choose what you want with your life...you want to die or you want to live?"

Just like the first person...the girl did not wake up.

She went to the third patient.

It's a guy this time, he looked to be in his early 40's. His body looks clean, with no cut and no bruises, he looks like he was just sleeping peacefully. She went to his side and touches his head with her hands. "Hello, Sir! How are you? You look like you are sleeping peacefully. Did you find peace in your sleep? Do you have any plans to wake up? Your family must be worried about you, do you know how expensive it is to pay your hospital bills every month? Your family will suffer a lot because your family has to pay your mounting bills month after month if you won't wake up right now! You'd better make up your mind, die or continue living?"

Jessy was smiling...feeling silly. Looks like it's not working, but she felt the urge to continue what she's doing. She felt something...a kind of nice strange feeling of having the chance to speak to comatose people.

She's ready to give up when the first three people were not showing any recovery at all.

She found everything surreal.

But she continues to the 4th person.

It's grandpa this time, he looks about 70 years old. Both his legs were amputated. She pitied him the most. She went to his side and touched his head with her hands. "Hello, Grandpa! It's so sad to see you like this, life must be very hard for you. You lose both legs and it must be difficult for your family to take care of you and very hard for you to accept that you are already useless and hopeless. I understand how you feel Grandpa, maybe it's about time for you to rest and rise into heaven, up there you no longer have to worry about everything and your family can also rest. It will be both a blessing for you and your family. Rest in peace Grandpa!"

She steps back, as usual, nothing happens.

Now...two more to go.

Will she continue?

What is it that she really wanted to happen? Did she want them to wake up or to die and rest in peace? Or... she just wants to talk to them? All of the above, she answered her questions.

But for Jessy, it doesn't really matter what will happen next.

She went to the 5th person, it's a cute little girl about ten years old. Beside her is a doll she was clutching the doll in her hands, well...not really...comatose people have no awareness of their surroundings they can't hold things on their own. The doll was pressed on the girl's hands above her stomach and was about to slip from her grasp, Jessy catches the doll before it falls into the floor and put it back into the girl's hands. She touched the girl's head with her hands. "Hi little girl, you got a nice doll you are holding in your hands. The doll is beautiful, it must be your favorite toy, right? Can I borrow your doll? I will take it home with me tonight and return it to you tomorrow...will that be okay with you?"

Jessy smiled at the girl and went to the next bed.

The last patient is a guy that looks like thirty years old. He was also breathing with the help of the breathing machine. Then she saw the photo of a beautiful woman in her wedding dress and the groom in his suit in the bedside table near his bed. Who is she? His wife? maybe. She looked closer and the groom in the picture was indeed him. Oh, what happened...why he was in a coma? But she has no time digging deeper into his life story, he was here lying in the hospital bed because of a health problem or accident, whatever it is, such a big loss because he looks to be such a fine man and happily married to his wife in the picture frame. She touches his head just like what she did to the rest. "Hey...dude...I'm talking to you. Your wife is beautiful, too bad you might not be able to see her again until you wake up on your own, wake up from your slumber or rest in eternal peace...which is which... you don't belong here...don't let your body trap you in this pathetic condition, you look dead yet alive...and alive yet dead...make up your mind!"

She was done talking to the comatose guy.

She scanned her eyes around the room.

He is the last patient.

A total of six comatose people were occupying the room.

Sadly...none of them were showing any signs of waking up, she sighed.

I guess...I have nothing to do with Suzanne waking up, so I shall leave this place now and try to see Suzanne in her home, she might be already discharged from the hospital, she muttered to herself.

She glanced at the comatose people one last time, she was trying to help them wake up. After Suzanne suddenly awakened from the coma she thought she can also help the other patients wake up...too bad it's not working.

Well---?

"Sorry guys, I tried my best but I failed. I have to say goodbye now. Bye Grandpa...bye Grandma....bye little girl...bye guys and bye girls!"

After saying goodbye to the patient in the ICU... she left the room and teleported into the house where Aston's family was residing. The house was quiet but the lights still on...she landed outside the house, to be precise in the lawn. Then she saw a woman on the veranda, she was sitting on the floor, her eyes were closed looks like she was sleeping, she was clutching a bundle in her hands.

Who is she?

Why she was outside the door?
