The next day.

Jessy woke up at 9:00 in the morning.

She stared at the ceiling in her room recalling what happened last night. But she doesn't want to linger much on the thoughts that she killed three more people last night. It dawned on her that she has this quick temperament to kill without thinking much about the consequences later---when she can no longer control her anger she kills fast! She'd better kept a leash on her anger or else she will become a killing machine in the future.

What took place last night was not planned it's just spur of the moment, she doesn't want to think about it anymore, what matters to her is that she saved Aston's life for his wife, for his sister and his son and his parents. Aston has a dysfunctional family and seeing them coming together filled her heart with gladness, she knows Aston will feel happy if his parents will change for good. He might be serving in jail for many years but at least something good came out of his arrest, it brought back his family together. The knowledge that his family was intact will keep him going inside the prison for a long time with optimism in his heart.

That is the least she can do for him.

She rises from the bed...went to the bathroom...changed into her clothes and get out of the room to have breakfast in the canteen and have a blood transfusion in the clinic. Then she will visit Captain Mercado in his office. She promised to him that she will return the bomb launcher and weapons that she had stolen from the captain and his men.

When she arrived in the canteen, no more human workers left, her mother was not in her favorite table too, looks like she will spend her breakfast alone. She went to the food display cabinet and chose a sandwich and hot chocolate coffee with banana as her breakfast.

While munching on her breakfast, in her head, she was already planning her appointments for the day. First, she will visit his father in the core, then visit the captain, last on her list is to visit Nana Aida and her garden of roses in the mansion.

Fifteen minutes later she's done with her breakfast.

Time to go to the clinic and starts blood transfusion. She left the canteen and went back to the middle part of the Facility, she walked straight ahead to the clinic but make a detour to check on Hannah first.

She did not bother to knock at the door, she just went through the wall. She saw Hannah doing some cross-stitching in the bed. "Hello Hannah, good morning! What are you doing?" she walked closer to the bed to see what the pregnant woman was doing, hmm...wow...she's making some cute clothes for the baby!

"Hi Jess, I'm sewing my baby's cloth diaper and I will also make some onesie for my baby," Hannah smiled.

Jessy was feeling glad that Hannah is no longer looking gloomy today. "I'm glad you are looking forward to seeing your baby instead of thinking of negative things," she commented.

Hannah smiled at Jessy and ran her hands on the cotton garment. "Well, I have to move on. The Queen gave me these garments so that I have something to do with my free time. I'm happy because I can make clothes for my baby."

"That's good, why don't you go to the garden sometimes when the human workers are already sleeping so that you can enjoy the flowers there...it can make you feel good and cheer you up," Jessy suggested.

"Yes, I been there a few times already, Princess Abigail accompanied me there," Hannah replied.

Jessy feels happy that the royal family was beginning to warm up to Hannah and already accepted her as part of the family. She would like Hannah to be her sister-in-law one day.

"I see, you are enjoying sewing, please continue, I just drop by to check on you, I will be heading to the clinic...see you around!" Jessy said.

"Thank you for dropping by, Jess," Hannah said and continue sewing.

Jessy left the room.

She reappeared outside the clinic. A recipient was already inside the bed waiting for her. She entered the clinic in a hurry. "Sorry Doc, I'm late!" she said and hoisted her body up in the bed.

"It's okay Jess, you're not late. I just make the recipient ready so that we can start right away once you arrived."

The doctor inserted the needle into the veins of the recipient's arm then repeat the same process on Jessy's arms as well.

The blood transfusion has started.

Jessy stared at the recipient beside her about 25 years of age. She wanted to strike a conversation with her to pass time.

"Hello dear," she smiled at the girl.

"Hi...." the woman replied shyly.

"Are you married?"

The woman shook her head. "No, I'm single."

"Where's your family?"

"I'm one of the orphaned children during the anti-vampire vaccine scare, I lose my parents to the vaccine," the woman replied sadly.

"Oh dear, I'm so sorry to hear that," Jessy replied. "Don't worry after you become a full pledge mortal being, no need to feel scared of the anti-vampire vaccine," she said trying to console her.

"Thank you for your kind words," the woman replied. "And thank you for your blood," she added.

"You're welcome," she gave the woman a friendly smile.

Jessy knew that The Habitat has four buildings that especially made for single guys and girls, it's a separate building for the single individuals based on their gender. The singles will be looking at each other on the terrace, hmmm, she smiled a little...she was sure some of them will develop attractions towards each other and a wonderful love story will be created. She was feeling amused by the thoughts running wild in her imaginations.

Jessy looked at the woman.

"You know what...you will be staying in a nice building inside The Habitat. You will enjoy your new surroundings for sure. It has many splendid amenities such as a stunning swimming pool, forest park, basketball and tennis courts, library, canteen, store, clinic, pharmacy, and your room will be equipped with TV, computer and internet so that you can browse the web freely," Jessy said with enthusiasm in her voice.

The woman smiled brightly in anticipation. "I'm looking forward to living there!" her voice was filled with enthusiasm.

"Yes you will...after you turned into a mortal being...I'm sure you will enjoy the amazing amenities in The Habitat after being holed up underground for so long," Jessy said, she was excited for the woman.

"Thank you once again!" the woman said her eyes full of gratitude towards the girl who supplied the blood that can turn her into a mortal.

One hour later, the first blood transfusion for the day went well.

Time for Jessy's two hours break.

Jessy left the clinic excitedly going to the canteen to meet her mother for lunch.
