The time is 10:00 in the evening.

Jessy donned her black ensemble for the night. She will be going to Aston's house to give her gift to the two adorable babies, it's the least she can do for them because it's her interference that sent the breadwinner of the house into prison, she did not regret bringing Aston to the prison though, the guilt that was eating her conscience is about the two innocent children's future that will be plunged into uncertainty the moment the breadwinner can no longer continue providing for the family.

It finally dawned on her, that there will always be consequences in every action a person does no matter how bad or good the intention or decision is, it's a hard lesson to remember and understand.

Not all good intentions bring a good result, period.

She sighed.

She looked at the two pouches in her bed, each of the pouches contains 50 pieces of gold nuggets that can be sold to the highest price. If Suzanne and Emily would not spend much on the things that don't matter and only spend on the important things then the money can sustain them and the babies for at least two or three years, by that time they already had a stable job to keep them afloat for the years to come.

It's just a small financial help coming from the person who is responsible for sending Aston to prison.

She scooped the pouches and put them inside the sling bag, she already enclosed a short written message for Emily and Suzanne explaining everything.

Time to go!

But she will drop by first at the hospital to check on the comatose people, then proceed to Aston's house.

She teleported herself into the hospital in her invisible form.

She landed in the hospital's toilet in one of the empty cubicles and walked into the hallway heading to the ICU where the comatose people were being kept.

She peeked at the glass window, her brows knitted together when she found out that the room only has one patient occupying it—huh? where are the others?

She entered the ICU passing through the wall and approached the bed. She looked at the patient's face...she'd never seen her before!...a new face!

D-did they all died? the comatose people she visited before?

Hmm...she will try to search for them in the other room 'coz she was hoping that they were still alive...although she was losing hope already.

She exited the ICU and roamed in the hallways entering random rooms.

She was about to give up—when she saw a nurse exiting the room on the end of the hallway pushing the wheelchair of a man whose two legs were amputated, OMG!

"Nurse, I don't need therapy! I'm perfectly alright, can't you see I'm healthy!?" the man in the wheelchair said.

"Yes, Grandpa, I understand, but it's the hospital protocol we have to follow, you need to undergo physical therapy and some test first to make sure you are healthy when your doctor finally discharged you," the nurse explained calmly.

Grandpa groaned.

Jessy watched the nurse pushed the wheelchair into the other room, she smiled broadly, Grandpa is alive!

This could mean one thing...

She went to the last room and entered it passing through the wall.

Wow!

Here they are!

The comatose people she tried to revive on that night!

Surrounded by their family's and loved ones.

All of them are awake now!

She smiled brightly at them. It's a nice feeling to see them alive again!

They don't want to die, they want to continue living!

And she's happy for them!

She looked at her hands...she doesn't know if her hands did the healing or not...but it doesn't matter...for someone who was able to talk to them during their hopeless estate she was elated to see them well and looking healthy.

'Bye guys! Live well!' she bid goodbye to them silently.

Time to go!

Before she will leave the place she has to go back to the ICU and try to revive the lonely comatose patient there, hopefully, that woman would also awaken one of these days as well.

She entered the ICU, she placed her hands on the woman's head and talked to her. "Hey Auntie, I just want to drop by and talk to you a bit, I dunno how you ended this way but even if you are in your hopeless estate you have to continue fighting for your life, do not let a long sleep trap you into the abyss of darkness, fight for your life! do not give up! I dunno if you can hear my words but I'm telling you, you are alone in here, this is such a lonely place to spend the rest of your life, don't let loneliness and helplessness trap you for a long time! Fight to live or fight to die! The choice is yours to take!"

Jessy breathed deeply and looked at the comatose woman one last time before she left the hospital.

She was already out of the hospital and was hovering above the building, time to go to Aston's house.

She teleported into his house.

In a minute, she already landed on Aston's house.

From the veranda, she passed through the wall into the living room, it's already dark in there, they were probably sleeping already. She entered the first room, she found Suzanne and baby Oliver sleeping soundly in the bed. She took the pouch from the sling bag and put it in the bedside table.

Done...

She exited the room and went to the next room, she found Emma, her mother, and baby Emily sleeping soundly in the bed. She took the last pouch and put it in the bedside table. She smiled fondly looking at them especially at the child Emily.

She exited the room.

She might not be able to come back and visit them again but she wishes them all the best.

She teleported into the facility.

...

The following day.

Emma was the first to wake up early in the morning, she turns off the lampshade in the bedside table and saw the pink pouch, her brows furrowed, where did the pouch come from? It's not hers!

She sat down on the bed and inspected the contents of the pouch, her eyes grow bigger when she found gold nuggets inside and a piece of paper, she counted the old nuggets a total of fifty pieces! Wow!

Holy Guacamole!

Where did the gold come from and who put it in the bedside table?

She read the written message in the paper.

~~~
Dear Emma,
The gold nuggets are real!
Just my small gift for the adorable baby Emily, please spend the money wisely, hope it can help you and your child during difficult times.
Please give baby Emily a bright future.
Your friend,
J.E
~~~

Emma was dumbfounded, w-who could get inside their room and left the golden pouch?

She can't think of anyone who can do such a thing.

And leave them with gold nuggets—eh?

Impossible to believe!

There is only one way to check the authenticity of the metal if it's indeed real gold or fake. She knows how to check one. If the gold is fake, with just one drop of vinegar the color will fade away, if it's a real gold then the color won't change.

She gets out of the room quietly, careful not to wake up her mother and baby Emily.

She went to the kitchen and grabs the bottle of vinegar, she took one gold nugget from the pouch and put in a small bowl and filled it with vinegar...after a few minutes...the gold's color didn't fade away, the color stayed the same! Holy Cow! Its real gold!

Oh My God! Emma covered her mouth with her hands in glee, the gold is real!

She emptied the contents of the pouch into the bowl and add more vinegar and submerged all the gold nuggets into the bowl. The precious metal's color didn't change after a few minutes!
