Ling’er’s expression turned serious, and she prepared to shoot out another throwing knife. Ye Mo’s job was to chase after the throwing knife and catch it the moment Ling’er shot it out in rapid speed.
This required Ye Mo to be faster than the speed of a throwing knife!

Ye Mo returned to Ling’er once more. Ling’er, sitting on the giant rock, cross-legged, said, “Don’t get complacent. This time, I will be shooting out two throwing knives in two different directions. You have to catch both of them.”
Simultaneously catching two throwing knives traveling in different directions was going to be even more difficult than before.
Even Ye Mo’s expression turned sour. This level of difficulty was challenging the limits of his speed.

Ling’er grabbed two throwing knives in one hand and threw them in two different directions. Ye Mo shot out like a cannonball towards the knives. However, after grabbing hold of the first knife and deciding to change direction for the other, the shadow of the second knife was gone.

The second time saw some improvements from Ye Mo. While he did not catch the second knife, he was on track to chase it down.

Ye Mo refused to give up, making attempt after attempt. Half a day flew by as he tried catching those knives.

A strange scene began to unfold. Three shadows appeared in all the three directions, catching all the throwing knives simultaneously. Two shadows disappeared as the third one caught the three throwing knives with one hand.
