It should be remembered that Qai's big sister, Shu Liang had received the Thousand Treasures Pavilion wooden insignia from Elder 'Fatty' Lu before the two of them set off from their journey.

But this time, Qai was offered with a jade insignia which was apparently tantamount to the second highest grade insignia of the Thousand Treasures Pavilion since it actually belonged to an elder—the highest one obviously belonged to the head of the organization.

The elder then carefully explained the engravings in his jade insignia.

Apparently, each jade insignia of the every elder in said organization was a personalized one—meaning, every jade insignia was carefully crafted to personally represent its owner. Thus what was actually offered to Qai completely pertained to the very person of the Thunder Prince himself.

When one looked carefully at the elder's jade insignia, he could see clearly that it had a thunderbolt engraving over the Thousand Treasures Pavilion crest.

"Keep it with you at all times," the elder said with a smile. "I guess you already know what it means to its bearer outside of me."

That gesture of the Thunder Prince struck Qai. He could clearly figure out that the Thousand Treasures Pavilion elder was sincerely trying to acquaint with him.

"Well," Qai finally spoke. "I guess you already know my current skills and capabilities."

The elder nodded with a smile. He himself had said that he already made a quick research about Qai—so there was actually nothing more for the young cultivator to introduce about.

"There are at least two things I would like to tell you," Qai said with a grin as he started to rub the tip of his nose.

"And those are!?" The relatively young Emperor asked.

"The first is a question," Qai quickly answered. "Is there any way for me to completely help my slave cultivator to dispel the effects of the mind control?"

"You mean you're looking for an antidote?" The elder asked with a chuckle.

"Yes."

The elder then carefully explained—to the astonishment of Qai—that the Black Shadow Clan had long monopolized the manufacturing of the pill called 'Hypnosis Pill.' And that was one of the added reason why the clan had surged in the recent years.

Apparently, the Black Shadow Clan held its recipe together with its antidote.

"If you really wanted to 'free' your slave cultivator from the effects of the 'Hypnosis Pill'," the Thousand Treasures Pavilion elder said with a sigh, "then you will have to steal the recipe from them."

Qai was dumbfounded by the reality that the Thunder Prince revealed. And most likely, the recipe would be in the hands of the clan head who is none other than the Poison King himself.

Qai simply shook his head after realizing the difficulty of the situation. He then moved on from his shock and went to tell the other thing in his mind.

"Thunder Prince..," Qai said as he drew something from his spatial ring. He then handed it over to the elder.

It was a skill scroll.

And it was the first ever skill scroll that he obtained way back when he met the mysterious Heaven stage Sage elder in the Darkwood Forest—namely, the Unique class Emperor grade 'Spiritualize.'

Qai took this opportunity to inquire about the skill scroll—in his mind, the Thousand Treasures Pavilion would not lack any knowledge about all the skills in the vast cultivation world.

The Thunder Prince's eyes grew round at the sight of the skill scroll.

"Where did you get this!?" The elder curiously asked.

Qai thus relayed the story in reply that took several years ago.

"Ha ha ha," the elder chuckled as if he instantly became possessed.

Qai, and Feng Lan who was seated behind, were apparently confused with the sudden laughter of the Thunder Prince.

The elder then suddenly stopped laughing and turned serious once more.

"I don't know if the heavens are moving to guide you..," the Thunder Prince said, "..but can you show me your 'contracted' demonic beast?"

"Ah."

Qai was all the more confused at the words of the elder but he obliged anyway.

He then called Shandian from his 'Chui Shi' then all of a sudden the ferocious Lightning black tiger appeared in from the elder gallantly standing while emitting the mid Earth stage of the Sage realm Qi aura.

'Grrrrr.'

The elder who was secretly stunned at the magnificent effect of the spatial pendant then looked intently into Qai's eyes before saying a word.

"It's still far for you to be able to learn this," he suddenly said. "But be sure to keep it with you."

Apparently, the skill scroll was a hard thing to find.

"If I heard you correctly," the elder said, "you said the Heavenly stage Sage cultivator back then had a Wind elemental affinity and the White tiger also had a Wind attribute."

Qai nodded even if he couldn't really figure out where the Thunder Prince was driving at.

"If my assumption is correct," the elder quickly added, "that Sage cultivator was likely attempting to tame the White tiger in order to perform a blood contract with it."

"Eh!?"

"And should he become successful in contracting with that mythical beast," the Thunder Prince said, "then he will most probably equip this 'Spiritualize' skill as his first skill in the 'Emperor realm' should he given the chance to become an Emperor."

"Why is that?" Qai asked.

"That is because this skill can only be used by a 'Beast Tamer' like you."

"Ah."
