After taking the entire bed of Blood Crystal Grass, Qai and Ji Wuheng almost found nothing in their next stops through the underground passage.

"Should we head back?" Ji Wuheng suddenly asked.

The young sect genius was himself getting impatient, and to him, it appeared that there would be no more treasures ahead. Besides, he had apparently gained enough in his venture in the forbidden Hundred Graves in order to strengthen his battle power so he thought of the possibility of going back.

In truth, Qai and Ji Wuheng had already stayed in the underground passage for too long.

They actually did not know that the mist outside had already dissipated. Practically, they could no longer go back at this time since they were somehow stuck in the underground passage—the only thing they could do right then was wait for the mist to reappear. In short, even without knowing, the two had to stay for another day.

On the other hand, with the addition of the Qai's portion of the bed of the Blood Crystal Grass plus the shop in Sun City recently established, the Shu family's wealth was now comparable to most minor Clans in the continent.

Thus in a sense, Qai could also opt to head back since ha had gained a lot.

However, before giving his reply, Qai once again poured in some Qi into his eyes to strengthen his 'Hawkeye' skill and tried his best to look into the dark passage in front of them.

Ji Wuheng had already saw Qai's 'Hawkeye' earlier and was no longer surprised of what it could do. In fact, throughout their travel, Qai had been honest enough to reveal every rare treasure he found along the way which Ji Wuheng found it surprising.

If one would add a tinge of greed with Qai's ability to see from a distance, he could obviously have the advantage in such situation and gain double than what Qai actually had. Ji Wuheng even got envious and thought of learning his own eye skill.

And that was why Ji Wuheng even had to lower himself a bit and ask Qai about his opinion.

"Hmmm," Qai mumbled.

He eventually found some sort of Qi disturbance ahead and it didn't seem to give off any sense of danger.

"There's some Qi along the mist ahead," Qai said. "Let's walk some more."

Ji Wuheng simply nodded and walked beside Qai.

***************

Several breaths later, they appeared to have reached the end of the passage and the mist indeed had a Qi sense into it and it truly got thicker to the extent that even Qai's 'Hawkeye' skill could barely see a thing.

The two thus tightened their spiritual senses in order to detect any danger.

"This seems to be the end of the passage," Ji Wuheng said.

Qai simply nodded in approval but suddenly had a thought.

"The Qi here is much more profound than outside," Qai replied with a smile.

What he actually wanted to say was that they should stay for a bit and cultivate.

It should be remembered that Qai had actually raised his level in a rush through some miraculous pills so the atmosphere in the underground passage would greatly help him to consolidate the foundation of his Qi.

On the other hand, the same would aid Ji Wuheng to consolidate his core faster in such atmosphere so he couldn't but agree to Qai's suggestion.

The two thus, took their own spots and immediately sat in lotus position to cultivate.

Surprisingly, the longer they stayed in the the place, the thiner the mist became. It was as if, the two were absorbing the profound Qi in the air.

It didn't help the two to breakthrough but both of them felt that their skills strangely got more profound.

After several hours, they opened their eyes at the same time and found the area clear. They could now see the area plainly.

"What is that thing!?"

Qai suddenly said in surprise.

What actually bared in front of them was a circular sort of spatial ruin of about ten feet tall with ancient writing around it. But it seemed to had been purposely broken.

"Eh!?"

Qai suddenly realize that the writings in the ruins looked the same as the ancient writings on the piece of stone that he got.

"That's an ancient Teleportation Array!"

Ji Wuheng who was more knowledgeable between the two exclaimed.

"A what!?" Qai curiously asked.

"I've seen something like that in the books in our sect library," the young sect genius added. "I never thought I've seen one today."

Ji Wuheng explained that there had been no existing Teleportation Array in the continent in the last thousand of years. And as its name suggested, the array could teleport a group of individuals at once into another place with the same array.

"How does it work?" Qai asked who was still in a daze with the new information he just learned.

"One has to activate it with tons of Spirit Stones," Ji Wuheng briefly explained as he touched the bottom center of the array that appear to have a missing key. "But this one seems broken."

'Broken!?' Qai thought.

He had already somewhat figured out that the stone tablet he found had a relation to the array. But he did not want to simply reveal it to Ji Wuheng.

"This is a great find but there is nothing more we can do about it," the young sect genius sighed.

Since the area appeared to be the end of the underground passage, the two thus were resigned to finally leave the place.

But just as they were about to turn around and head back to the trail, a sudden enormous Qi radiated from above.

'Shua!'
