The messenger was even more shocked with the last statement.

Should the Mo Clan truly join, then the event would entice more cultivators to join.

"Can you really ask the Mo Clan to participate?" The messenger asked filled with excitement.

"We could only try..," it was Shu Wei who answered. "We can't guarantee it.. our connections with them isn't that deep.. so don't hold expectations too high."

The messenger wasn't disappointed at all. The fact that the Shu family accepted the invitation, in the first place, would already bring good news when he goes back to Han Valley—the possibility of the Mo Clan participating then was actually a bonus.

The entire deliberation ended quickly than the messenger expected although he decided it was best for him to return home the next day.

The messenger, thus, in order keep him busy was toured in the plateau with the help of Yu Yue. He was then instructed by the Shu Wei to stay in the family's inn for the night.

During his walk around the place, he was even more surprised to see that there were more demonic beasts other than the Silvermoon Apes and Storm Bear—especially when he saw Shandian at the sage realm level.

He wondered the reason why most of the Shu family members opted to equip 'Beast Taming' skill. What he didn't know was that it was only Qai who learned the skill as failed to notice the difference between the real contracted demonic beast and domesticated ones—it was a given fact since 'Beast Taming' isn't a well-known skill, making its effects unknown to many.

Earlier the next day, he was accompanied by the father and son duo of Shu Wei and Qai as they sent him back to Han Valley.

"I'll be back soon to tell you about the chief's decision about your suggestions," the messenger politely said before he bid his thanks and goodbyes.

"We'll see you then," Shu Wei replied with a slight bow.

That same day, Shu Wei and Qai rode the War Horses on their way to Jiang City to meet the Mo Clan patriarch.

They brought with them some items to be traded in the city and some gold to buy some items for the members of their family.

***************

Days quickly flew by and news of the Han Valley hosting a bandit extermination event and 'The Hunters' Plateau' participating in it quickly spread.

Some people from Moon and Gale Village came in the plateau on different days to inquire about the perks of joining the extermination event.

Obviously they experienced first hand how the Shu family benefited from the wasteland, and, this time, they wanted to once again be part of it.

However, unlike the previous occasion, the Shu family was specifically approached by the Han Valley—so the only thing Shu Wei could recommend was for them to form their own teams if they wish to participate.

On the other hand, the Mo Clan heeded their request but could only promise to send a single team in the event and asked that a trading shop be also put up for them in the town square.

In truth, the Mo Clan already had a business establishment in the Han Valley but it was an inn and not a trading store and far from the square—so the request was quite logical.

Han Valley did not find the request unreasonable. In fact, the presence of 'The Hunters' Plateau in the event was already big but the participation of the Mo Clan actually made it even bigger.

Soon enough, many cultivators found the Bandit Extermination event quite intriguing.

There would definitely a good thing even if they just try to be spectator of the occasion.

Obviously the Han Valley was way way behind the Purple Mist Sect in terms of influence so most of those who heard of the event was only from those neighboring places—and that explained why they needed other big names to advertise the occasion.

And so, after sometime, the Han Valley chief had called for the town's elders and representatives of its big families to convene to finalize the affair. He also sent for a representative from their special guests—the Mo Clan and the Shu family.

Few days later, many of the elders of town's families were gathered in a hall together with the town chief.

Shu Wu came as well to represent 'The Hunters' Plateau together with Qai and Shandian—they came in War Horses to surprise of many.

Two elders, one of whom was a initial Earth stage of Emperor realm, of the Mo Clan came as well who arrived on a 'Spirit' Python.

This time, the entire Han Valley was actually shaken by the advent of a huge python. A lot of people—mortals and cultivators alike went out of their houses to see a wonderful skill. Some went into hiding thinking that the presence of the huge snake was dangerous.

But there was one person unperturbed by the commotion—it was the Han Valley chief.

"Welcome dear guests."
