Aeron didn't know whether to cry or get angry, but one thing is for sure, he was in disbelief. Seriously, he was the one in here but her main concern is still that dàmn wolf? Should he be jealous?

And sure enough, his jealousy kicked in when Aeron heard her next words.

Aisha was silence for awhile, since when did she say that she didn't care for him? Okay, she never really say verbally that she cares for him more than he thinks, nor did she express it in her action.

Aisha blinks a couple of times, her head cocked to side as she stare confusingly at his face. What did he mean by that?
While Aeron was enjoying Aisha's adorable cute face. He was confused at how did this indifferent and cold woman can act cute without knowing it?
"Hey! What are you two still doing here!? Get in the hèll out of here!" A man in his fire fighter uniform shouted from afar, he made a "go" gesture at them before running towards the burning building.
That was when Aisha remember the bombing. "Have you been here for awhile?" She looked at Aeron and asked.
Aeron's expression turned serious. "Yes, I'll tell you all the details later. For now, let's get out of here."
Aisha nodded as a sign of agreement. Both of them get inside of Aisha's car, with Aeron in the driver's seat. Unbeknownst to Aisha, she unconsciously kicked something when she seat on the passenger seat, the thing drop into the ground with a barely audible thud.
"Have you caught the culprit?" Aisha asked as soon as Aeron get in the driver's seat.
"Yes," Aeron answered as he adjust the seat. "He's currently in the manor."
"The famiglia your handling?"
"Yeah."
"Aren't you done adjusting the seat?" Aisha's eyes darken. His action just subtly implies that she's short.
In all honesty, Aisha isn't short. In fact, she's relatively taller amongst women, Aeron was just too tall.
Aeron cleared his throat. "Sorry." Hey, it wasn't his fault that he has longer legs than her!
Aisha pursed her lips and told him to drive now, but before they leave, they notice the scrutinizing gaze of a certain detective.
"Detective Augustus, the manager of the hotel will be here soon." A policeman said. "Detective Augustus?" He asked when he realize that Augustus isn't paying attention to him.
"Ask the hotel staffs if the CEO of the Abyss Empire is here earlier."
CEO of the Abyss Empire? Is he talking about Aeron Knight?
Although, the policeman is confuse, he still went to find an employee of the Kingsley Hotel to ask.

"Detective Augustus, a receptionist claimed that CEO Aeron indeed went here earlier. Moreover, he is with a woman the other night but he didn't stay and leave."

"The receptionist didn't know who she is. The manager only told her that if a woman claims the Presidential suite, they had to make sure to give her the best treatment and to never dare to offend her. The hotel is very strict about telling other people about their guest. I only bribed the receptionist to tell me about CEO Aeron."

"Detective Augustus," another policeman joins them. "The fire has now extinguished. I asked the manager and he told me that the bombing starts at the most luxurious Presidential suite."
Augustus was silent for awhile before he gives his orders. "Get all the statements of the hotel staffs and the guests. Check if there's still functioning CCTV footages. Also, I want the information about the woman in the presidential suite."
"Yes, Detective!"
Since the Head Police Chief isn't here at the moment, Augustus had the authority to command all the police force. Even though he is just a detective, he has high position in the police. Moreover, he is once a police back at the EPF.
Augustus was left alone and he went towards the direction where Aeron and the mysterious woman are. Augustus stopped and bent as he picked a familiar diamond hairpin.
