Angel crept into the room while the teacher was talking, just as she thought the teacher wouldn't notice she heard a stern voice "your late" Mr Wolff said disapprovingly to her. Angel cast her eyes down to avoid the stares of other students, just as she was getting ready for a punishment a voice spoke up from the doorway "sorry sir its my fault, I got a bit lost so I asked Angel for directions" Finn cast his eyes down and sat at his desk.
Angel just stared at him, Mr Wolff glanced at him with a shocked look on his face, no one ever challenged him. A student coughed and Mr Wolff snapped out of his trance and turned back to the board, as he talked Angel couldn't help glancing at Finn, he was staring intensely at the board. Suddenly he turned and looked straight at her, Angel looked away blushing. Ashamed of being caught staring, she pretended to listen to Mr Wolff.
"He what!" Justin gaped at Angel, "don't give me that look" Angel said. Justin stared wide eyed at her "what, I'm genuinely shocked!" Angel put in the combination for her locker, "I know it is kind of shocking".She shrugged, Justin raised his eyebrows and hit her on the arm with his book "kind of shocking, nobody ever stands up to Mr Wolff" he said slamming his locker.Angel rubbed her shoulder "Ow, yeah okay fine its a big deal" she said grabbing her books.
After school Angel walked home, she was deeply emerged in thought when the rumble of a motorcycle came up behind her, Angel didn't suspect much until the motorbike stopped in front of her. The biker took their helmet off, Angel kept walking "hey" the biker said. Angel stopped dead in her tracks, then she turned around "hello, your name was Finn wasn't it?" she said smiling. Finn beamed at her "Yeah that's me" he said. @@
