(After my plead to become stronger was heard, Tia told me to meet me at exactly 10 in the morning. How the heck am I supposed to know what time is it without a damn watch?)
Naota looks onto the ceiling. "You both just wait...I will rescue both of you Rochel and Adana..." Naota says as clenches his palms.
Next morning,
Naota wakes up. "I don't know what time it is but I need to go and meet her..." Naota says. He does his daily chores in his room and begins to head towards the throne room.
When Naota reached the throne room, Tia and the others had already gathered around. "Alright, let's get going, you will be training with me for the next thirty days." Tia says to Naota and begins to make her way towards the exit.
"Huh? The next thirty days?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Naota seems surprised. "That's not enough time for me to get strong..." Naota says with a sad face.
"Oh you don't know young one?" Naota looks behind when Sige speaks. "What?" Naota asks. "Well to be exact, whenever a city lord or a city just in general has a big event, the king has to arrive to officially make it an actual event. The king is always excited for these kinds of events and will always appear with his two most trusted guardians to an event and for that Pistom has to give the king an invitation. It takes almost 12 days to reach the king's palace, the most prestigious and the most powerful city, the city of joy and where people are always happy to be, the city is called Vedora." Sige says to Naota.
"Still, if we take 12 and 12 we only have 24 days that means..." Sige interrupts Naota. "No, no, it's not 24 days the king is my good old friend, he will take at least 5 days choosing a dress to wear." Sige says while waving his hand at Naota and looking away. "Eh? That means we have 29 days why 30 days-"Tia holds Naota's cheeks and begins pulling him. "You ask too many questions. Let's just get out of here. We have no time to waste." Tia says while screams. "OW! OW! OW! OW! OW!"
Tia catches Naota in her arms and vanishes from Sige's sight.
"You think that your daughter has taken an interest into that boy?" A councillor with long black hair and green eyes wearing a gold coloured soldier's armour upon which he wears a vest which is given to a commander asks Sige. "It's her choice, if she is interested in him let her be. If she is not, it's fine. My daughter knows what's best for her. After all, she may not look like it but she is already 18 which means she's already a full grown adult." Jane interrupts the councillor and says. "I agree with my wife, it's her life and she holds all of her decisions whether it be right or wrong." Sige says with a smile.
Deep inside a forest,
Tia drops Naota in the middle of the forest.
"OW! THAT HURT!" Naota screams. "Dodge or you die!" Tia says as she begins to ascend. "WOH! WOH! WOH! HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!" Naota says and then rolls out of the way. "HEY AT LEAST WARN ME BEFORE YOU ATTACK!" Naota says to Tia. "Is that what you are going to say to your enemies when you they attack you with a surprise or they ambush you?" Tia questions Naota.
Naota's face widens than he gets serious.
"No I would attack them and...Kill them..." Naota says with a cold face and voice.
"Listen to me very carefully Takaki Naota, I promise to make you strong, maybe you will be even stronger than me when we get out of here but that is...If after 30 days you are still alive and breathing." Tia says to Naota.
"What do you mean?" Naota questions with a surprise. Tia gives Naota a cold look. "What I mean is...I am definitely not going to kill you, we will of course be training but the main effect of this training is survival and endurance." The clouds begin to gather and a thunder strikes. "The forest is filled with dangerous monsters. You will have to kill them and eat them or pluck some fruits from the trees but they could be dangerous or the trees might be the wild ones. I will never give you any of my food nor will I be giving you any kind of shelter here even if you ask me to, the only thing that I will give you is training like you asked me to." The rain heavily begins to pour down on Naota and Tia.
"You understand right Naota? Our training will be a daily course of 6 hours but if you don't find food and try to push your limits than you will die from exhaustion. Of course there are other ways you can die too, eaten by a monster or a tree, starvation, drowning in some kind of a sea, cold weather. Oh by cold weather I just remembered to remind you, the weather of this forest changes every single day. So you will have to build different kind of shelter's every day." Tia says with a smile.
"I appreciate everything you just told me and I will not bother you like you said and just like you said, I also only want to become stronger...So I will scavenge for stuff on my own." Naota says. "If that is what it takes to become stronger...I will take that risk..." Naota says as he clenches his palm. "Good, tomorrow sharp at 10 am in the morning, your training begins. Until then, scavenge as much as you can to survive in this forest." Tia says and vanishes from Naota's sight.
(She's fast...)
"So this is the forest that I need to survive huh...?" Naota says as he begins to walk in the rain. "First I need to find a shelter for myself...Nah...More like build a shelter for myself. If it's just a rain, a two big leaves and everything will be alright but before that...I have to go hunt for food..." Naota keeps talking to himself.
(Good to know that he is at least not a dumb little idiot but he doesn't understand that this is no normal forest, vicious beasts are always looking for their prey and when they enter...The prey will die. After all...They are trying to survive too...So it's all about who is going to be the one standing at the end of it.)
Tia keeps an eye out on Naota from a distance.
At Mason's Inn,
"You think that Naota will be alright?" Maria seems to be concerned. "Yeah, if the city lord is the one to take him than he will be alright but for now, we need to work on our strengths and weaknesses too. We aren't strong enough." Grafali says to Maria. "Where are we going Mr.Grafali?" Lily asks Grafali.
Grafali and other's stand in front of Mason. "Train these kids will yah?" Grafali asks Mason. Mason sighs. "Are you seriously going to do this?" Mason questions Grafali. "Yes." Grafali says with a determined look. Mason sighs again. "Take care of the inn for me than, I will train both of these little ones." Mason says as she goes in her back room. "Follow me you two."
"Jeez, why did I have to get stuck with the bar business..." Grafali seems sad.
At the forest,
Naota walks down a singular path until he sees water. "Something seems odd about the water..." Naota says. Naota's eyes widen as soon as he see's two eyes pop out of the water.
(Is that an alligator? Nah, a croc? No...Something is odd about this one...It has...Wings...WHAT IS THAT THING?!)
