It is a very nice small room. A remodeled bathtub that offers space for two people is located behind the door perfectly aligned with the wall. Next, to the bathtub, a small desk can be seen. Bottles of cream, soap, and empty nutritional liquid can be found on top.
A drawer is half-opened and various brushes and accessories can be seen inside. They are messily lying inside the drawer.
The bathtub is completely white and rests upon black footholds. The room has a big window with slightly transparent blinds. Below the window, slightly to the left, stands a king-sized bed. The bed is made from perfect mahogany wood and sports deep red curtains.
The bed looks slightly disproportional compared to the general room size but this is topped by the wardrobe.
The wardrobe is huge. Two big cabinets have been fused and turned into a single one. The door is half-open and the inside is filled with clothes for girls. Pink, blue, black, red, green and many other colors in all forms are overflowing. Shirts, Jackets, pants, and underwear is quilling out of the cabinet.
The bed is surrounded by two small nightstands with a small manastone powered lamp. A few books are placed symmetrically on top of them. A small barrette in green with a small red gemstone is placed next to the box.
The bed is currently occupied by a small girl sitting on top of a woman's lap. The girl looks grumpy and is tightly hugged by the woman.
"And well that is everything I can tell you for now. The boss will tell you everything else."
The woman had just informed the girl about the basic stuff she would need to know.
At first, she intended to kneel but she noticed that the girl could not stand by herself and promptly took her into her lap. Ignoring all previous bits of advice from her boss to not treat her like a kid.
"You can let me go now.", the girl was obviously unhappy about sitting on the woman's lap.
Sighing the woman released the girl and she promptly jumped off her lap and sat on a chair next to the giant bathtub. Turning around to the woman she threw her a scrutinizing gaze.
The woman had been nice to here and she knew that she took care of her during her small "coma".
she did not hear everything that happened as she went unconscious in between but when she did she could hear the woman reading stories to her unconscious body.
This lowered her suspicions and cautiousness towards her by a lot.
"So who are you?", she threw a curious look at the woman.
"Ah! I'm sorry! I even forgot to introduce myself.", after a little curtsy, she raised her head and continued,
" My name is Nomiki, but all my friends call me Nomi. I am a nurse in the city's hospital and I am responsible, I was responsible, for you during your coma. My job was to care for your health and take care of your daily needs."
"Then what is going to happen now? You told me that I would be told some information by your boss.", the girl was curious about what would happen now. She just awoke but she did not think that she was in immediate danger. She felt rather safe here. City walls and guards guaranteed that.
"Yes. My boss was the one who brought you here and organized your stay. I am ordered to report to her about your awakening once I informed you about the basic situation and I would like to bring you to her right now if you'd allow me to."
Giving a second bow, Nomiki took the Jacket on the bed and brought it over to the girl.
"It would be better if you could wear this.", offering the Jacket to the girl she was received by a passive expression.
"Could I have something else? Green preferably.", the girl was obviously not pleased by the Jackets color. The reason is unknown but the pink color of the jacket did not appeal to here. She prefered the green color of her first dress.
A twitching expression appeared on the nurses face that swiftly disappeared.
"I am very sorry but we have no green jackets available. My deepest apologies."
Giving another bow she was faced with an answer that made her face twitch.
"I can see a whole wardrobe filled with clothes over there. I bet I can find a green Jacket in there."
The girl looked at Nomiki and she slowly made her way over to the wardrobe while hoping that no green jacket was inside.
Of course, there was one.
She slowly picked up the green jacket and brought it over to the girl.
"I am sorry we do have a green jacket."
She was unhappy about it. What did she not like about the pink jacket? It's so cute!
The girl instantly threw away the pink jacket making her face twitch once more.
She swiftly dressed up and decided to get rid of the other pink clothes once she finished her meeting whit that boss.
"We can go.", dressed and ready to go, the girl walked to the door and waited for Nomiki to guide her. Nomiki followed behind her and opened the door. A small breeze entered the door. The outside was not exactly cold but one could notice that it was not summer.
Nomiki left the room and the girl followed right behind her. Moving along the hallway the girl was impressed by the natural beauty of the hospital.
Right after that word fell her A.I, which she had yet to name, informed her about the term. She also found out about how hospitals on earth and in other worlds looked.
This one was different.
Plants of all sorts were growing everywhere. On the walls, in the small garden right beside the hallways and above their heads on top of the archways.
While they walked along the hallway, Nomiki noticed the girls astonishment.
"This was ordered by the boss. She said that natural beauty can help stimulate a patients mental condition and the herbs emit a pleasant smell which further helps the patients and we don't have to get all herbs from the forest.
We are unable to cultivate all herbs and medicines here but most basic ones and some advanced herbs can be cultivated here.
If you look over there you can see our biologists. They are responsible for all herbs and plants and make sure they are in perfect condition. Ever since the boss opened the hospital she has divided the jobs that were normally headed by doctors into several ones and furthered their individual research."
Nomiki was pointing towards several people in green clothes with an emblem in the form of a red lily on their chest.
They were happily discussing something and upon seeing Nomiki pointing at them they offered a smile and a wave. Nomiki brightly smiled and waved back at them.
"Those were the Professeurs Milton and Miyana along with some of their students. They are responsible for the research on unidentified herbs and the attempt of cultivating them here."
"Moving along we can get a good view on the main building of the hospital. It's the white and gray building over there. The emergency patients and patients with minor problems go there to get treated."
In the distance behind the area they were currently in, a rather big building was towering above the courtyards. The building was around five stories high and made of pure white stone and painted with grey spots between the white facade.
They walked for another five minutes before they arrived in front of a small opening in the hallways.
It was not really small but compared to the courtyards she saw and the big hospital building the "small" garden in front of her was definitely not as imposing.
It's grandeur originated from the smell that surrounded it. Calming and soothing everyone who smelled this scent would feel relaxed and at peace.
The garden was surrounded by hedges. The hedges were properly trimmed and of a beautiful green color. Stripes of black were intermixed giving the hedges a runic appearance.
Nomiki moved in front of a door that looked like it naturally grew out of the ground.
She knocked the door twice and waited. After some tens of seconds, the door opened and they were greeted by a female clad in white. The clothes were thick and one could not see anything from her body. She wore a veil and her body was fully hidden underneath the wide robes.
Behind her, the garden extended into a beautiful field of flowers, herbs, and other plants.
Some trees could be found full of red and orange fruits.
In the middle of the field, a woman sat on a dark brown chair. A big table was placed in front of her and she was served by two other white-clothed women.
The garden appeared much bigger from the inside than the outside made it look like.
The woman that opened the door stepped aside and politely asked the girl to step inside.
"Nomiki. You cannot enter, the High One wishes to have a private talk with the young miss."
"As you wish. Please notify that I have to report something to the High One once she is available. It concerns the treatment the young miss received from one of our nurses."
Nomiki bowed and promptly turned around disappearing around the corner after throwing a wink at the girl.
"Please enter young miss. The High One has waited for you."
The woman once again bowed and the girl stepped inside.
Walking over to the table she observed the woman sitting there while nearing her.
The woman wore a black veil and green and black clothes. This combination would normally cause a rather dark vibe but on her body, the colors seemed to radiate calmness and peace.
The woman met the girls gaze and she could feel a smile underneath her veil. She knew that the woman was strong. Much stronger than her. She heard how she resealed the Black Reaper and sealed the split-soul inside her eye.
She had yet to check her eye but it couldn't be that bad if Nomiki had no problems with looking at her.
"Please sit.", the woman had a sweet and calming voice as she gracefully offered a seat to the girl.
One of the servants stepped forward and poured tea for the girl.
A nice sweet fragrance spread in the garden.
"You might like some fruits. They may not match the Eternal Tree but they are very tasty."
The woman moved her hand in a sweeping motion and a few fruits flew down from the trees and landed on a plate in front of the girl's seat.
Grabbing one of the fruits the girl bite into it. It was certainly sweet.
A chuckle escaped the woman's mouth.
"Seeing how you just nonchalantly bit into the fruit I presume you have analyzed your situation.
I can assure you that I do not have any ulterior motives in saving you. You can see it as my end of a deal. I will tell you about that deal in a bit but first off:
