After the fiery passion from Xiao Tianyao's side, he released her and looked at deep in her eyes. "You know that you are so beautiful…" He complemented the woman before his eyes.

Luna was indeed beautiful, despite the ominous intention that she hid under her lovable cheek and her sheepish smile, everything on her screamed innocence.

"Thank you." She said melodiously. She gave another peck on his chin before she stepped back and gestured to the almost cold food that she brought. "Let's eat together?"

Xiao Tianyao was more than eager to comply at her invitation. He rested his hand on her waist as both of them walked together to the nearest pavilion.

Despite his aching head, Luna presence dismissed most of the pain and their lunch was so quiet.

There was no much they could talk and Luna wouldn't use this time to divulge her intention yet. It should wait, because she wanted Xiao Tianyao to tell her everything that he knew without any disturbance or unrelated people around.

"The situation here is not conducive for you to stay." Xiao Tianyao broke the silence when they were walking hand in hand in the yard after their serene lunch. "I have a resort in the L city. I would like to bring you there."

Luna was too occupied with her own business inside her mind to think how she could retrieve more information from Xiao Tianyao, she couldn't rely solely on her ability, she was too weak for that. One reckless move and her cover would be blown.

"Luna?" Xiao Tianyao stared down at the woman beside her who didn't give any respond at his suggestion. He stopped his steps that made Luna raised her head questioningly. "What is in your mind?"

Knowing that she missed the question, Luna frowned while looking inside her mind what the excuses she could use.

"I am sorry…" She said, "I am just concern about you…"

"About me?" Xiao Tianyao raised his eyebrows and a smile that made Luna stared a few second longer formed on his lips. "What is it?" He prodded.

"About what the Emperor might do to you." Luna lied smoothly. This all was their plan, there was no way she had that feeling toward him. "Like you have known, I am Xinghe's people." She said in matter of fact tone.

"He will do nothing to me." Xiao Tianyao said sternly.

Despite that was what he said, he knew that The Emperor Xiao Zi would do something incredulous in due time. Luna was well aware about this as well.

"Hmm…" Luna nodded.

"I realize that I know nothing about you."

"I could say the same thing…"

Xiao Tianyao looked at her tenderly, the gestured that he had never showed it before to anyone.

Luna looked over at him and as soon as she did that, she was rained by his indulgent eyes. The gestured that she had never gotten from anyone.

As captivating as his eyes, Luna chose to avert her eyes.

"What flower do you like?" Xiao Tianyao asked a random question that made Luna looked over at him again, and she regretted it immediately. She tilted her head right at the time when Xiao Tianyao's expression turned softer the moment he talked about his late mother. "My deceased mother always loved azalea flower, it's a symbol of femininity and softness."

Luna looked at him intensely. She felt the surge of longing in his voice and bitterness, the emotion was so raw for her, she didn't quite understand with it and didn't feel like want to know further.

Added to the fact that the memory about her mother was like a water drop in the ocean, she was clueless by the way Xiao Tianyao felt about his mother.

"How about you? Do you have a certain flower that you like?"

Luna shook her head. She didn't know much about that kind of thing. But then she remembered something in her fuzzy memory about her mother.

"Pink carnation…"Luna replied, lost in thought.
