"Ron-Ronnie, I dreamt like I lost everything I have. I dreamt of losing you." She stuttered.
"It's okay baby. I'm here. I ain't going anywhere nor will I lose you.. ever again.. don't worry. It's just a dream." Ronnie comforted Jayne in between kisses.
Somehow, she felt very empty inside her. Hence she hugged Ronnie even more tightly to comfort herself. She slowly started feeling better. The emptiness inside her started filling up with Ronnie's love.
Ronnie felt something was amiss. This was the first time he'd seen Jayne being so vulnerable and insecure of losing him.
"Jayne, let's get our marriage registered tomorrow. In that way, you'll have nothing to worry about. You'll feel more secure as my wife. There wouldn't be any way to separate us either." Ronnie comforted Jayne who was hugging her.
On hearing that Jayne could feel her ears burning up and her blush creeping up. She buried her face in Ronnie's chest to prevent him from seeing her.
Seeing her adorable action, Ronnie continued to kiss her lovingly, "Plus, we can seriously concentrate on our task at hand darling." Ronnie tried to pull Jayne's leg.
Ronnie felt a soft little punch on his chest from Jayne's pearly white fist.
He laughed, "Let's go tell this to Mom and Dad. They'll be the happiest to hear this."
He pulled her up from the bed and began dragging her downstairs.
"Ronnie, wait! Let me check my hair and dress if I'm presentable enough to go downstairs" Jayne pulled back Ronnie.
Ronnie then checked her out and re-did her hair into a ponytail lovingly. "Done. We're ready to go Madam!" He bowed to her.
Jayne smacked his hand which he caught and dragged her downstairs.
They saw Mr and Mrs Roy checking out with the preparations for the party happening tonight to welcome the New year.
"Mom and Dad, can we have a minute with you?" Ronnie and Jayne looked at them. Their face devoid of expressions.
"What's wrong? Is everything alright?" Mrs Caroline Roy frowned and asked them worried.
"Oh it's nothing Mom. It's just that-"
Ronnie was stopped midway by Jayne. "Mom, Ronnie and I have decided to get our marriage registered tomorrow." Jayne told everything in one breath and lowered her head.
"Really?" Mr and Mrs Roy said in unison. It was almost too much happiness to bear for the couple.
"Happiness is a small word to describe what we're feeling right now." Mrs Caroline Roy wept out of happiness.
She continued, "Welcome to the family Jayne. Come here. Let me give you your betrothal gifts." She dragged Jayne to her room upstairs.
Mr Richard Roy hugged his son. "Get everything ready for tomorrow then. Let's head back to London, first thing in the morning."
"Yes dad. I'll call up Daniel West and inform him to prepare everything. We've just planned to get it registered tomorrow. We can have a formal wedding whenever Mom and you want to." Ronnie told his dad.
After that he called Daniel West from the telephone at the drawing room and instructed him to get everything ready.
After talking to Ronnie, Daniel West thought to himself, 'I knew that she would surely become our Lady boss. It was just a matter of time to see them get married formally.' He felt very happy for his boss.
