Chapter 3 - “I came here to look for you.” (3)
Nie AnAn couldn’t help but be flustered when she read to this point. How was it possible to have a woman that stupid in the whole wide world? Author, are you serious?
She never would have thought that she would wake up one day and became that fool.
Nie AnAn walked inside. As soon as the worker saw her, he started shivering, “Miss Nie, the person you are looking for is not at our club.”
Nie AnAn pondered a little. Just when she was about to say something, the worker had already fallen onto the ground in fear. Pointing at the elevator, he said, “Mr…. Mr. Qin is on third… third floor, private room no. 302….”
The corners of Nie AnAn’s mouth lifted. She didn’t think she was so infamous.
When she arrived outside of private room no. 302, she felt an urge in her body –
To lift her foot and kick in the door.
But, the next second, Nie AnAn merely knocked on the door gently.
A cool and bright male voice came from inside the room, “C’mon in.”
As soon as Nie AnAn pushed open the door and walked inside, she immediately met the gaze of a young man.
He had on a white shirt and black pants, no tie. The top two buttons were unbuttoned, and there was a slight smile on his handsome face.
But his smile quickly disappeared as soon as he saw Nie AnAn, and it was replaced with unhindered disgust.
So, this must be the Qin ZiMing, huh?
The very next second, the man raised his brows, turned his body slightly to let her in and said, “Miss Nie, c’mon in.”
Nie AnAn felt a little suspicious. She thought this Qin ZiMing wouldn’t even want to touch her with a 10-foot pole.
But recalling her reason for being here, she straightened her back and walked inside.
Qin ZiMing’s buddies sat in groups of twos and threes on the large couch. Right now, they all looked at Nie AnAn waiting for the drama to unfold.
“Nie AnAn, did you come to profess your love for Young Master Qin again today?” mocked someone. “Hey, I’ve noticed some improvement on you. Your outfit complements the tattoos on your face perfectly! What was it called? Oh, right – the combination of innocent and viciousness….”
Nie AnAn stroked her own face subconsciously. What were these tattoos they were talking about?
The boisterous laughter interrupted her thoughts.
“Nie AnAn, our Qin-ge arrived minutes before you. Your nose is, indeed, as good as that of a dog’s! This must be what true love was like!”
“Oh mi, why dodn’t I have a dog following me and wagging its tail at me day in and day out? If I have one, I’d at least feed her some bones from time to time. After all, she must be tired from wagging her tail all day long, right? Wouldn’t you agree, Young Master Qin?”
The one referred to as “Young Master Qin” was still standing there sluggishly. On his handsome face, there was the look of sarcasm and disgust as he looked at Nie AnAn.
Right then, it seemed someone suddenly remembered something. He quickly looked over at a corner in the private room and said to Nie AnAn, “Little wild dog, we had a wager before you got here. Would you like to know what it was about?”
He continued before Nie AnAn had a chance to say anything, “If you’d ditch your brother in front of Young Master Qin, Young Master Qin will give you a kiss. So what’s it gonna be? Are you going to ditch your brother?”
Nie AnAn was completed baffled. Before she could figure out what was going on, someone called out toward the corner of the room, “Mr. Huo YanXiao, don’t you want to come and witness your sister’s decision?”
