“Breaking up with me, don’t you feel upset about that at all?”
“It’s not like that,” Fang Erlan denied. “I don’t want to hurt you. I do like you a lot, but my liking toward you is different from that toward him. I’ve thought about this very carefully. Senior Yan Ge, it’s over between us already.”
“To you, this may be over. But to me, it isn’t.”
Fang Erlan did not know how to respond to him and simply kept silent.
