During the time that the Steward Household was busy sorting out the stuff they would bring to the〈Times Zone〉and also getting Eva to calm down around Libra, a pair of twins were choosing the first mission they would go on together with Cole tomorrow.

They were both sitting on their respective desks while browsing through screens on a tablet.

"How about the Dragon one, Nii?"

"Are you sure about that, Chief? That might take too much time and he still needs to settle out some paperwork."

Gemi realized that and slumped on her swivel chair.

"Ugh… Should we just have him choose?"

"I guess that's for the best."

"But I don't want to continue doing paperwork!

"Deal with it."

"Ugh…"

After passing the decision to a person that wasn't even there, the two continued with signing and viewing contracts.

Of course not with actual paper, that was all done on the tablet with a stylus.

"Gemi, stop drawing on the contracts."

"I-I'm not!"

"Woah!!"

Eva looked at the beautiful blue sky and exclaimed at the sight she had never seen before.

During the entire time they walked through the〈Times Zone〉, she would constantly gasp in amazement at all the different colors.

She would stare at the same field of green grass for hours if she wasn't being pulled along by Cole.

By the time they reached the amusement park, she was totally starstruck.

The fun rides seemed to be full of joy and happiness along with the crowds smiling faces.

"Haha… Why didn't you react this way when we went to the〈Demon Realm〉? The sky is way prettier there?"

Cole couldn't help but chuckle at Eva's childish behaviour and teased her a bit.

"It's because I was suddenly teleported into a closed of castle! And the plants I saw were white and the greens were really dull!"

She responded with a cute pout to which Cole simply smiled and put her on his shoulders.

"There, stare at the sky all you want."

And that's exactly what she did. She accidentally looked at the sun and hurt her eyes a bit though.

"Uwaah… I didn't expect the kid to not know a blue sky."

"Well, she's only known the〈Neutral Zone〉and the things she knows about other zones would be things from our library."

Libra thought that Cole and Felicia would have brought Eva out a lot since they seemed to treasure her a lot.

"By the way, Felicia why are you still wearing a maid outfit?"

Cole turned to her and asked. Felicia wasn't wearing her usual maid outfit and went for something a lot more simpler.

Dark blue in color with a long skirt that nearly touched the ground.

"Ah… I just felt like wearing a maid outfit. Because I feel like I'm the assistant or nanny of an affluent family."

"That answers my question but, Libra…"

"What?"

Cole observed Libra from up to down and raised an eyebrow at them.

Their white hair had gained a silver tone and xe was wearing shades to cover up their strangely colored eyes.

They were also wearing a mini business suit along with shots that completed the 'Successful Businessman X's Son' look.

Cole had assumed that since the〈Times Zone〉was full of people with weird abilities, they wouldn't mind a person with white hair and weird eyes.

After all, there were people with even weirder hair that Cole and Eva used up minutes of just staring at the strange hairdo.

'Yugi?!"

For Cole it was actually because the hairstyle was exactly like a certain card anime protagonist's hairstyle.

"Oh this? It's so we look like a normal family visiting the amusement park."

'That makes sense.'

Cole accepted the reason since he didn't really care and just went straight to the first attraction he saw.

The attraction he was heading to was a Merry Go Round.

When Eva stopped having a pointless staring contest with the sky and not the sun because she's not stupid enough to do that.

Her first reaction was the horse's appearance.

"Papa, that's a horse?"

"A recreation of one, but yeah, I guess."

'Are horses normally purple and blue?'

After a few more rides, they got themselves some cotton candy and Cole and Felicia rested on the bench while they watched Libra try their best at a shooting range stall.

"She seems like she's having fun…"

"Yeah."

Cole agreed as he bit onto his fluffy, blue cotton candy. Felicia had a lilac colored one while Eva had a lighter shade of blue for hers.

As for Libra, Cole didn't know what color it was because they immediately ate it before vomitting out rainbows due to the sudden rush of sugar.

"By the way, Cole, I have a question."

"Hmm? What is it?

Libra had just failed the third time in a row and Eva was staring at them in disappointment.

"You seem so used to the〈Times Zone〉, I couldn't help but wonder why was that so…"

"Aah... So that was what was on your mind…"

True, Cole seemed to be extremely familiar with the workings and culture in the〈Times Zone〉so any person with knowledge that he came from a more advanced time would question this.

"Well, it's because there was this simulation thing that allowed you to experience what it was like to live in the past. There were a lot more interesting eras to choose from but I liked this period the most."

Felicia wasn't aware of such a service and just assumed it was only the people with a stable living situation could experience.

But she then had another question.

"Well, why did you like this period the most?"

Cole took another bjte from his cotton candy and looked at the expansive sky above him to think for a bit.

"…I think…"

Cole lowered his gaze and then stared at the concrete ground his feet were planted on.

Gray in color with cracks that were faintly visible. It wad different from the clean roads made out of metals that weren't even discovered or known during this time.

"…Maybe I just thought that this was a simpler yet more chaotic time."

Cole's black eyes lost their shine for just a second before he continued to chew at his cotton candy.

Felicia also ate some of her cotton candy because it was melting away slightly, processing Cole's answer.

"…Maybe…"

"What was that?"

Cole said something in a barely audible voice that Felicia didn't catch the rest of his sentence.

"It's nothing. Let's go to the next ride."

Cole stood up from the bench and walked to the Libra who finally won a giant cream colored teddy bear with Eva staring at both it and him in skepticism.

'He cheated didn't he? And bears aren't actually this cute right?"

Although Eva was skeptic of the many different things she saw at the amusement park that contrasted with what she thought it looked like from what she read in the books at home, she had a lot of fun and they ended up spending the entire day there.

And when the amusement park was nearing it's closing time, they decided to ride the giant ferris wheel.

Eva stuck herself onto the compartment window in an attempt to look at the setting sky and the people that seemed like ants from how high they were while Felicia and Cole were sat opposite of each other.

"It's a good thing she had fun?"

Cole had a satisfied smile on his face as he gazed at Eva inching even closer to the window just so she could have a better look.

"Yes, but it's a shame that Libra couldn't join us this time."

"Well, probably not after their experience with the roller coaster."

The two laughed together and reminisced about the fun happenings of earlier.

And as the ferris wheel was coming to a stop, Felicia faced Cole and said.

"Cole, the truth is that the reason why I wore a maid outfit today is because I felt like didn't want to be mistaken as your wife or girlfriend."

"?"

Cole was surprised at Felicia's statement. When they were still at the house and he went to go get Felicia, she actually told Cole of why Felicia had loved the previous Cole.

Because of that he had assumed that she might have taken the opportunity and use it to the fullest.

But he was also hoping she didn't because if she did, she would have only disappointed him greatly.

"It was mostly because I felt like I didn't deserve to be anything like that."

Felicia clenched her skirt and lowered her head so Cole couldn't see her expression.

"Because although you only told me of your true identity last night, I instantly projected the image of a person who was good at everything and someone the likes of me could never meet in their lifetime..."

Cole kept silent and just patiently listened to Felicia's ramblings.

"But… I thought back to the past two months we spent together and I knew that you weren't. That idea reinforced itself today. You are also a person."

"A person that has their own hobbies, past, likes and dislikes which I have no idea of. I don't truly know anything about you except of what I think I know about you in my head. And when I realized that, I felt like a horrible person… That's why…"

Felicia lifted her head and her grey eyes felt clear and honest and it was if there was some kind of drive in them.

Cole lost himself for a bit in those honest eyes before regaining his composure.

"I wish to get you know you better and get to know not the hero of the〈Galactic War〉, but the person, Cole Steward."

"Then, me too. I wish to know more about you."

The two decided to have a fresh new start and got off the descended Ferris Wheel.

On the way back home, along with a Libra that still had a pale face while carrying his bear and a random balloon, Eva said to Felicia.

"Felicia isn't a terrible person!"

"Eh?"

"If there is a terrible person here, it would be Libra! He's a cheater!"

"Hey! No, I'm not!"

"Prove it then!"

"You little brat…!"

"Hahaha…"

Laughter ensued in the group but that all stopped when Felicia checked the time at the bottom corner of her eyes.

"…Sh*t. It's nighttime."
