The Kalars souls are imbued with his divinity and it amplify their bloodlines, strength, comprehension, etc.
That's also why the Kalars bloodlines becoming so strong in the first place because they're affected with his divinity. Even though the Kalars underwent a process of they are not supposed to be this strong from the get-go.
