I’ll be picking up TBBLF because it’s cute and I love it, if the original TL comes back, I’ll stop but in the meantime, please enjoy this novel as much as I did.

Read previous chapters 1-3: Here

Qi Ying didn’t break any bones.

It was probably that the sneaky man had hesitated when he rushed up behind her. Yu Yue was relieved and hid the medication prescribed by the doctor in his schoolbag. On the way home, he went to the stationary story and bought some new materials for Qi Ying to hold.

With Yu Cheng’s personality, it didn’t matter if the matter was big or small, he would definitely go to school and make trouble.

Yu Yue only had on thought on this: Don’t let the adults get involved in things between classmates.

He unified the alibi with Qi Ying. If her injury was found, just say she had accidentally been hit.

Back home, dinner was ready.

Qi Ying’s taste was exactly the same as the original owner, even her favorite dishes were the same. Since she moved her, her aunt had basically cooked dishes that she loved everyday, which moved Qi Ying.

Yu Cheng asked a few things about school, such as whether there were any bad students bulling Ying Ying, whether people crowdin Ying Ying, or whether there were any classmates who knew that Ying Ying couldn’t hear and laughed at her.

Yu Yue rolled his eyes, “Everyone is busy, okay? Do you think there is so little homework for high school students now?”

Yu Cheng remembered the bad boy riding a motorcycle that he saw at the school gate in the morning and was skeptical of Yu Yue’s words.

After eating, Qi Ying returned to her room and sat down at her desk to write and draw. Standing at the door, Yu Cheng glanced at her, then looked back at Yu Yue who was lying on the sofa playing a game and walked over to kick him.

“Go and see what your sister is writing.”

Yu Yue reluctantly said, “Why do you care about what she’s writing? Maybe she’s writing homework.”

Yu Cheng stared at him, “She can’t listen to the lecture in class, what homework?! Go and check.”

Yu Cheng was too fierce and annoyed Yu Yue, “What if she is writing in her diary? Do you know how to respect your child’s privacy?”

Yu Cheng twisted Yu Yue’s ears, “Did you forget what the doctor said? We can’t relax our vigilance because of her calmness. She has been too normal recently, and if she writes something in her diary, it’s important and shouldn’t be hidden!”

Yu Yue reluctantly walked into Qi Ying’s room.

She couldn’t hear his steps so he didn’t have to walk lightly. He was so tall that he was only 1.5 meters at the age of sixteen. When he walked behind her, he could only just see the notebook lying on the desk over her head.

Qi Ying was unaware that someone was behind her and was writing intently.

Yu yue glanced twice and turned around. Yu Cheng asked, “Did you see it?”

He scratched his head, “Saw it. She seems to be… writing a novel.”

Yu Cheng: “A novel?”

Yu Yue hesitated, “Something about a general, battlefield, seems like an ancient novel.”

Yu Cheng pondered for a moment, “It is also good to write novels, to divert attention and develop personal interests.”

Inside the room, Qi Ying, who was writing in her diary for the first time, closed her notebook and watched the night sky outside of the window.

It was great that she met her general again.

Although the general in this life no longer knew her, it didn’t matter. This time, it was her turn to get to know him.

After having breakfast in the morning, Yu Cheng drove Yu Yue and Qi Ying to school as usual. Qi Ying, who had hesitated about going to school before, walked into the school gate happily this time.

As soon as she entered the classroom, she found that her classmates looked at her with concern. Qi Ying was confused. When she sat down, Yue Li rushed in with breakfast and saw Qi Ying and quickly ran over to her. There was a lot of chattering.

After talking about it for a long time, she remembered that Qi Ying couldn’t hear it. She patted her head and pulled out her notebook. She wrote: Ying Ying, are you okay?! How could you mess with Ji Rang?

Qi Ying had a look of confusion and wrote back: I’m fine, what happened?

Yue Li was writing too slowly. After looking around, she didn’t see her teacher. She sneaked out her cell phone and typed: Yesterday, the ambulance arrived at the school gate. Many students say you beaten by Ji Rang!

Qi Ying: …

She Was preparing to reply by typing when Teacher Liu hurriedly entered the classroom. Yue Li hid her phone. Teacher Liu walked straight to Qi Ying and looked at her anxiously. Then she told her to go with her to the office.

As soon as Qi Ying left, a few boys rushed to say, “The new classmate was only here for a day! The punks in class 9 are really nothing.

“Honestly! What is bullying the deaf!”

“Ji Rang usually makes a big deal and doesn’t get in trouble anyway, how can he do something to the special classmate!”

“It’s up to the headmaster. See what he can do this time.”

“Last semester, he sent a senior to the hospital! I thought he would get expelled, but nothing happened. This time, he can’t run away, she’s a martyr’s child!”

There were a lot of girls who secretly love Ji Rang in the second class and they immediately refuted, “I don’t know what happened, but Ji Rang never hits girls.”

“A group with gossiping mouths, dare to talk in class, do you have the ability to say it in front of Ji Rang?”

The class was so noisy but in the office, Qi Ying had learned from Teacher Liu what was going on. Soon, the director of teaching and the principal came in a hurry.

It was said that we should give the hero’s child a warm and friendly environment. As a result, this happened on the first day of school. The teaching director was angry, “I told you! Keeping Ji Rang is a curse. Last semester, we should have expelled him! He’s a black sheep!”

When he arrived at the office, he could only change the conversation and turn to Qi Ying.

Qi Ying wrote in a notebook with a pen: Ji Rang didn’t hit me, this is a misunderstanding.

The teaching director wrote with one hand. Qi Ying had to read for a while before understanding: Qi Ying, don’t be afraid to tell the truth! Our school will protect you!

Qi Ying was about to write the whole thing and explain it when Liu Yao, the homeroom teacher of the ninth class, led Ji Rang over.

Liu Yao usually doesn’t bother with Ji Rang, it’s not that he didn’t try, but that it was useless. Ji Rang always has a careless expression, which makes people doubt whether he heard anything said at all.

Later, as Liu Yao was too lazy to care about him, as long as he didn’t do anything, Liu Yao had one eye opened and one eye closed.

As a result, he actually bullied the special classmate this time!

Liu Yao had scolded him all the way to the office but Ji Rang was still indifferent, his eyelids were too lazy to even lift up.

As soon as he entered the office, he saw Qi Ying sitting there obediently, and the corners of his mouth ticked up into a smile as he lazily sat on a chair.

The teaching director almost jumped off his feet, “You stand up for me!”

Ji Rang not only didn’t stand up, he also crossed his legs. Looking at him, it looked like he wanted to light a cigarette.

Several teachers had an ugly look on their faces, the principal looked at him complexly, and said in a deep voice, “Ji Rang, what is going on this time? Several teachers are here, you explain it.”

Ji Rang let his eyes grow lazy and his voice was loose, “Is there any good explanation? Don’t you already think I hit someone? Give me my punishment soon.”

The director of teaching wanted to scold Ji Rang again but the principal reached out and stopped him, “I know you are not a child. Although you are impulsive, you still must know right and wrong.”

Without finishing, his clothes were tugged.

The principal turned around, Qi Ying stood behind him and handed him an assignment book with a paragraph written inside. Several teachers looked down. After reading, the angry looks suddenly became complicated.

There was a smile on the principal’s face and he turned to look at Ji Rang, “I said it, you are a child who knows right and wrong. Why didn’t you explain this kind of good thing to the teachers?”

Ji Rang: …

What did he do? How could it be related to something good?

Principal: “Bad students from other schools were bullying Qi Ying. You saw that it was correct to help, but it wasn’t good to use violence to solve things and so as not to hurt yourself, you called an ambulance. But you should also call the police next time! This time you protected Qi Ying, the school has clear rewards and penalties, and this time will give you extra credit.

Ji Rang: …

Who the fuck wants extra credit?

He looked up at Qi Ying impatiently, began to smile at the young girl and then his expression froze, he cursed and lowered his eyes.

The matter was resolved, Qi Ying and Ji Rang each went back to their classes. Classes 2 and 9 are at the beginning and end of the hall. After going up the stairs, they both turned left and right respectively.

When walking up the stairs, Qi Ying walked obediently behind him.

It was early into self-study hour so there was no one in the hallware. Ji Rang walked up the stairs then turned around.

Qi Ying was standing two steps away from him, looking up, her eyes were soft with a smile.

He stood higher than her and smiled, “When did I save you?”

Qi Ying couldn’t hear him, just licked the corners of her lips and smiled obediently. That looks again.

Ji Rang felt his heart beat for a while, put away his smile and threatened her fiercely and coldly, “Never laugh at Lao Tzu again! Don’t follow Lao Tzu anymore! Have you heard?”

*Lao Tzu aka Father like “I’m your DADDY” lmao*

Qi Ying blinked.

He turned around and quickly left.

Qi Ying waved her hand at his back.

Back in the classroom, as soon as she entered, the room was quiet. Qi Ying didn’t like the feeling of being noticed, but remembering the rumor, gathered the courage to talk to the podium and picked up the chalk.

The class didn’t pay attention to self-study and looked at her in surprise.

Qi Ying wrote one stroke at a time: Ji Rang didn’t hit me. I met a bully from another school yesterday and he helped me.

She turned to look at her classmates and smiled before taking the blackboard brush to wipe away the writing. Going back to her seat and sitting down, Yue Li was so excited that her face was all read. She wrote and asked her: Ying Ying, did you know Ji Rang from before?

Qi Ying shook her head.

Yue Li was shocked: But he helped you! Ji Rang is bothersome and super fierce! Is it because you look good?

Qi Ying wrote seriously: No, he is a good person.

Her general is the best person in the world.

He would risk going into the frontier enemy camps just to rescue the refugees captured by the enemy.

He will give his camp to wounded soldiers and give his own rations to improve the army food.

He fought his entire life for the people. When his body returned to Beijing after his death, the people welcomed him.

Now that the world was peaceful, her general no longer needs to fight to kill the enemy and the world seems to misunderstand him a lot.

But she knew that the general had not changed.

Her hero, no matter where she is, even if time and space had changed. She would never forget that brave heart.

Anyway, yes, I’m picking up this novel. I really fell in love reading this and was like WHY DID THE TRANSLATION STOP!!!!!
