“…” Ruan Danchen nearly dropped her biscuit, “you’ve finished your work?”
“I couldn’t work with you looking at me like that.” Qi Chenglin even pushed away the papers.
Ruan Danchen couldn’t take it, and stood, “then I’m going back down.”
“Mu Huaisheng hasn’t left yet, why the rush?” Qi Chengling said.
Based on his facial expression, he thought that she was eager to see Mu Huaisheng. He was rather petty.
“How would you know?” Ruan Danchen asked.
“I told Manager Zou to inform me when Mu Huaisheng has left.” Qi Chenglin said bluntly.
Ruan Danchen did not reply.
The meaning behind his words were, as long as there was no news from Manager Zou, she could not leave.
She was just about to take a seat, when there were three knocks on the door, and Jiang Yuan walked in, with Manager Wang from the sales department behind him.

Even though she knew that all the middle level executives knew of her status, Ruan Danchen still felt very uncomfortable, and acknowledged with a blush, saying, “I should leave, you have work.”
“It’s fine, you can stay here. No need to hide.” Qi Chenglin said, and took up the laptop that he usually used to work at home, handing it to Ruan Danchen. “If you get bored, play some games or surf the net.”
His office had WiFi access, and was very convenient.
Manager Wang’s heart beat hard as he looked on.
This was the laptop that the Managing Director usually used for work, and contained untold amounts of confidential and important documents. To throw it like a toy to Ruan Danchen to use freely, he treated her better than his own son.

In truth Yao Qingzhi had arrived a while ago, but Jiang Yuan had used the excuse that the Managing Director was having a meeting with Manager Wang to keep him outside. Yao Qingzhi didn’t insist, and just waited outside.
After a while, when he saw Manager Wang left, Yao Qingzhi wanted to go in, but was held back by Jiang Yuan again, because Ruan Danchen was still inside.
When Qi Chenglin nodded his head, Jiang Yuan intentionally looked at Ruan Danchen, who was still surfing the web.
While Qi Chenglin and Manager Wang were having their discussion, Ruan Danchen had nothing to do, and didn’t dare to watch a drama for fear of disturbing them, and was browsing some entertainment news.
Yao Qingzhi walked in, and furrowed his brows when he saw Ruan Danchen, “why are you here?”
He had asked in a very impolite manner.

“Oh…” Qi Chenglin looked as though he had just realized, exaggerating his reaction of realization, “if I remember correctly, your daughter is only an assistant designer? What has she got to do with the interior design of our property in the northern district?”

Qi Chenglin smiled, and it was Ruan Danchen who felt uncomfortable.
Despite Qi Chenglin’s previous talk about integrity, after he finished he still bent the rules for Ruan Danchen.
Yao Qingzhi had just left, when Jiang Yuan knocked and entered, “Managing Director, Ms Ruan, Mu Huaisheng has left.”
Ruan Danchen had also sat around for too long, bored, and her co-workers in the design department downstairs were all busy, and she was here snacking and surfing the web, she couldn’t take it anymore, and hurried downstairs.

On Sunday, as agreed upon with Song Yu, Qi Chenglin and Ruan Danchen brought Qi Youxuan to Viewpark Residence.
