First let's talk about the ratings on potential.
it ranges from F-S, F being the lowest and S being the Highest. their are a few cases of people having SS & SSS ranked body potential.
This has to do with the amount of Qi energy your body can take, for example:
F: 23%
E:30%
D: 45%
C: 50%
B: 73%
A: 85%
S: 90%-100% (anyone who is measured within this range, is S rank)
SS: 100-150%(Although this people have this much capacity, they tend to have some sort of Side effect. Ranging from mild Changes to appearance e.t.c.)
SSS: 151-200%(Although this people have this much capacity, they tend to have some sort of Side effect. Ranging from mild Changes to appearance e.t.c.)

Mortal warrior or Mage 1- 3 are not considered Anything powerful till they break into Class 1, they can be compared to naruto academy students.
Class 1-3 warrior or mage are basically genins , but can be considered something... at least you could get a job as a door guard or an ordinary Soldier in the Army. *shrugs*
Class 4 is a boundary that sets you apart from others. like a fish changing into a Dragon... they can be compared to the Chuunin Rank.
Most of this people tend to be captains in the army or a squad leader.
Class 5 is like stepping into a whole new plane, The amount of Battle or Elemental Qi needed to break into this realm is nothing to Scoff at. Only those Rated from C to S ever cross to this realm, They are mostly Lieutenants or something of the like... They are Still considered Chuunin but with a Much bigger Chakra and spells xD.
Class 6 is a boundary line, here you are considered to have the appropriate Amount of Qi and Spells or Artifacts.
Now you get a mark from the God whom you serve as a sign of acknowledgement. this Mark in turn alters your Qi to match the aura of the God and this Boosts your powers according to the power of your faith.
Without a God, there would be no breakthrough as you'd be stuck at Class 5.
To advance further, one needs a special encounter based on luck or 'quest' given by your Respective Gods to break into the King realm. (early Jounin)
King class is a Matured Jounin, one's power is at least 3 folds what you had at class six but your faith determines your Strength amongst those of the same level...it's known that only people graded at least 'C' in potential can enter this realm.
if you are marked as a champion, your power is at least 5 folds stronger than your peers when your at this level.
Saint is at the level above king and this can be considered just stepping into the level of a Kage. they are mostly seen as rulers or spiritual leaders in different places in the world.
Demi God Realm Could be said to at the Hokage Hashirama Senju's level of power, what I would consider as Kage level. (
