Their lineup had a lot of crowd control skills. Once they started a teamfight, after Wukong used his Ultimate to hit two or three enemies up into the air, Orianna would follow up with her Ultimate. Once they had hit Team Skycrown with these combos, this would definitely tip the tides in Team Sky’s favor.
Furthermore, they had Twitch, which was the champion in LOL that did the most damage in a teamfight. Team Skycrown had to pay special attention when the teamfight started!

Now, on the competitive side of things, the bottom lane had changed a lot. From the moment the two teams would meet in the bottom lane, both teams would use their skills to suppress the enemy from getting last hits and also get the upper hand on levels.
It was the same old saying, the one who reached Level 2 first would be the winner!
The champion that Luocheng used was the tricky LeBlanc. This champion seemed as though she could not do much in the lane. Unless the skill that she leveled up first was her second skill, Distortion, not only could she ignore Blitzcrank’s hook, she could also farm the minions while she was at it!
From a tactical perspective, Luocheng’s LeBlanc and Lin Dong’s Lucien would be the first ones to get to Level 2.
Luocheng stole the initiative with a trick up his sleeve.
He did not push the lane too aggressively in the first stages. If he did that, even if they did get to Level 2 first, the enemy would still be able to hide behind the minions, making it challenging to push past the minion wave.
