‘Who would want to stare at Mr Crazy?’ Da Tian Ting asked.

Da Tian Ting thought Mr Crazy would be a perfect man if his brain worked, and if he was gentler and caring. She should stop wishing he was a perfect man, because he wasn’t her boyfriend.

‘Remember I’m not Mr Crazy,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

Feng Kai Ze gritted his teeth thinking about that day Da Tian Ting lied to the doctor that he was crazy. If it was someone else who lied about him being crazy, he would have buried them that day.

Feng Kai Ze would turn a blind eye to everything Da Tian Ting did except if she let another man inside her heart.

‘There isn’t a crazy person in this world who would admit they’re crazy,’ Da Tian Ting said.

‘Tell me if I’m crazy then why did the psychiatrists release me?’ Feng Kai Ze asked.

‘Mmm… you made a good point,’ Da Tian Ting said.

‘Miss Scatterbrain, you must be hungry,’ Feng Kai Ze said. ‘I brought you breakfast. I’ll take you home after breakfast.’

Da Tian Ting accepted the breakfast box, and her eyes teared up. Since her dad died, she told herself she needed to be independent and take care of herself. No one had bought a meal for her after her dad died.

Over three thousand days, Da Tian Ting cooked for herself. She usually worked overtime and came home late. The rare days she came home early, she cooked dinner for Shang Duan Hua and sacrificed her stomach. No one knew she suffered from periodic stomach ulcers.

‘You missed out on dinner,’ Feng Kai Ze said. ‘Don’t you feel hungry?’

Feng Kai Ze was sad to see Da Tian Ting suddenly cried.

‘Why are you crying?’ Feng Kai Ze asked. ‘Don’t you like the breakfast I brought you?’

Da Tian Ting suddenly saw there was someone apart from her dad who cared about her stomach. She hugged Mr Crazy, and cried on his warm shoulder.
