Kitty followed Luke out to the car. "You do not mind looking after your sister while I got help, do you?"
Luke stopped and looked at Kitty. "Mother, I do not mind but I worry about your condition. You should be relaxing but you keep getting dragged into things. I worry about you and the baby. Do not overexert yourself, okay?"
Kitty opened the truck and watched Luke load it with the items. All the bags but the plushies fit into the back. Luke took the booster seat and installed it in the back in the middle. The middle seat in the back had a shoulder strap so it was safe for Tiana to be in the middle. "I will try my best not to. I can not control what will or won't happen. I know that you are worried I promise to take care of myself."
Tiana looked between the two and hugged her alpaca. "Tiana does not want Mommy to leave. Tiana will miss Mommy too much if you leave. Promise you will come back to Tiana."
Kitty looked at the little girl who was close to tears. "Tiana, I will come home I promise. I will make sure to be home I will back within two to three hours. The travel time from here to home is two hours. So I will only be gone for that time may be an hour more. Luke has my number so you can ask him the time and to text me."
Luke closed the trunk after picking up the bag of plushies. "I will hold you to the time if you are not back I will pester you every five minutes. You are carrying my sibling around and you brought another sibling home for me. I will not forgive you if you come back injured." He placed the plush bag on Stella's seat and then got in the car.
Tiana climbed into the car and sat in her new seat. "Tiana's new seat has a new princess on it. I do not recognize it. Tiana also wants Mommy and baby to be safe."
"That is fine with me Luke. Tiana, that is a new princess from the movie frozen. Tomorrow in the afternoon we will watch in. I will get Cindy to stop somewhere so that you guys can pick up the movie and we will all watch the movie together." Kitty watched as Tiana sat in her seat and then Luke does up the buckle. "You are a really good big brother."
Cindy came outside and heard the end of what Kitty said, "I will make sure that I stop to get the movie. I do not know what you are going to be doing but the look on Luke's face tells me that he is not happy with your choice."
"I will go with you. I can not allow you to go on your own. You are one of the reasons I am still alive but first, you guys all need to eat." Stella picked up the bag that was on her seat and placed it onto her lap.
Kitty got in the car, "I know that this is not ideal but I have to do what is required of me as the Advocate. I can not ignore the request of a clan I had connections to in the past. I will come home as fast as I can. Okay?"
Luke sighed and looked at Kitty, "Mother, I trust that you will I just do not like the idea of you not being here. Where we all can keep an eye on you but at least you will be with Leo and I at least can trust him to keep you in line. He is a great partner. Stella, please do go with my mother when the time is right."
"I will do so." Stella promptly replied.
Cindy got in and drove to the Cafe at Kitty's directions. She parked the car and got out.
Kitty got out and stretched while yawning. "Okay, time to eat. I wonder what I should have for dinner tonight?"
Luke undid Tiana before getting out of the car. He sighed and walked up to the cafe.
Tobias was at the door waiting for them. "I am so glad that you guys made it! Come and I will show you to your table." Tobias leads them to their table that was behind a door. "Luke, it is good to see you again. I do hope that you are able to look after the house for Leo while he is not home."
"Thank you, Tobias, I will request that Tiana get the chicken strips and french fries I do not know what I would like yet." Kitty requested.
"I will take my usual and whatever Stella orders I will also be eating." Luke sat down and pulled the booster seat and lifted Tiana into the seat. "Tiana want would you like to drink?"
"Tiana would like a milkshake! If that is okay?" She looked at Luke and then at Kitty.
"I do not mind that you want it. There are different flavors do you care which one you get?" Kitty watched Tiana shake her head. "Bring her an oreo one. I will have tea."
Stella sat down and looked at the menu. I will have a hot chocolate with extra whip cream to drink. As for food, I will need a moment to decide."
Cindy sat down and opened the menu, "I will have a ginger ale and a hot chocolate as well. I need a moment for food."
"Okay, no worries. I will place the first part of the food order. When you guys are ready I will take your food order and let Nettie know that it is your food." Tobias closed the door and placed the sign to occupied. He went to the Kitchen. "They're here. Luke would like the usual and the little girl will have chicken strips and fries. The rest need more time to figure out what they want."
