The green robed man's expression was grim. A deafening silence engulfed the manor. The shadows in front of him did not dared to make a sound.
"Was he the one who killed the shadows that we sent?"
"yes, my Lord. He said that if we ever set foot on the academy again…."
The shadows looked at each other.
"Say it!"
"My Lord, he said that he will crush our manor and eliminate all of us."
The green robed man tightened his fist with angered look.
[If only he did not carry a royal blood, I would have already eliminated him myself.]
The prince who interfered with their task was an exiled prince of shadows. Although they are working under the main headquarters they could not easily eliminate him without stepping on the name of the royal family.
To make it simple. One of the rules of the shadow includes prohibition of attacking a shadow who has higher standing.
"Send our men to eliminate the 5 students outside the school" the green robe man ordered firmly.
Shadows can be territorial. They do not like other people stepping on their territory. The prince of shadow might have shown his displeasure by killing two of his men. Perhaps he had marked the academy as a part of his territory. Never did the man in green robe believed that mere mortals can kill them. It was only rational that someone with powerful background can harm them.
But because the 5 students saw them, they cannot allow them to live. By upholding their rules, they can ensure their power stability.
The prince of shadow on the other hand had claimed something he has not done. Upon knowing that Madel was involved in the incident, he made a way to threaten the other shadows who came to eliminate her and her friends. He was not sure what happened when they were attacked, but he was sure that they are in a grave danger.

Henry showed Madel different kinds of sword techniques, he kept in mind that Madel has no zhenqi and all he could teach her were short range battle techniques. Because the sword can be used as long range weapon as well as short range weapon with the use of zhenqi other types of long range weapon were not that popular among cultivators.
Spears, hammers, and staff and other weapons where wielded by cultivators per aesthetic preference, body type, zhenqi and heritage. But these weapons can be mastered. It was just that it was hard to fully master a single weapon if the attention of the cultivator is divided.
Madel's physical force was very weak. She was like a baby in training.
Cheska immediately went to school after recovering. She saw Henry and Madel who were sparring. It was like an old man bullying a toddler who just learned how to walk. She was powerless.
Henry was growing furious. His temper was short and he was lashing out on Madel for not giving her best. Cheska shivered with fear. This side of him was scary. He knew Madel's capacity. She could not even handle weapons appropriately but he was pushing her too much today. Thank goodness that Madel could be so numb sometimes, her affect was blunt misleading people about her true emotions.
"Once more lift your sword." He ordered her. "look at the weakness of your opponent." Focus on that"
Madel heard their words repeatedly, but what he did not know was that Madel was not able to see his weakness. The all-seeing eye of Madel was ultimately nullified with his touch and she can't see through him even without touching him.
He does not know what gotten into him but his temper got the best of him. He was going to ask her with another duel when he saw her hand shaking. He wanted to touch them and look at it closely but he averted his gaze and walked away.
"Continue to practice the manual that I gave you." He said firmly.
Madel heaved a sigh of relief. "What is this? A drama, walking out on me like that?" she murmured.
