Henry, Cheska, Helen and Francis visited the manor of the patient. Based from the background of the patient, she was 19 years old when she fell ill. At first she felt malaise, weight loss, anorexia, and fever. She thought that it was because of over fatigue and she decided to rest. Her disease worsened and soon she had oral ulcers, skin lesions, and joint swelling. There was multiple inflammation in her body. Despite the intervention of renowned doctors within the city she remained uncured after 2 years.

[what the?] Cheska's mouth twitched.

Looking at the butterfly rash in the face of the patient her mood dampened. If they were not in front of the young mistress and her servants in waiting she would have slap Henry's back.

[1000 points for treating this patient? Even the experts in planet earth failed to cure this disease and they wanted us to cure this? We don't even have decent hospitals here.] Cheska thought.

Henry continued examining the patient. He asked the patient about her activities before she got sick, her diet, herbs and pills that she took.

He prepared an herb mixture which has an anti- inflammatory effect and gave it to the patient for temporary use.

They excused themselves for a group meeting.

Plack!

Cheska slapped Henry at the back.

"Henry? Are you kidding me? This disease does not have any cure. Let's just go home." She said with a dark expression.

"Wait Cheska, don't lose hope just yet." Henry said in a scared and sorry state.

"There is an inflammatory process within the patient's body." Francis said.

Cheska calmed down and waited for what he had to say. Francis and Helen came from a technologically advanced society. Maybe they might have a solution.

"Are you familiar with this disease Francis?" she asked.

"Nope, never encountered such" he shook his head.

"How about you Helen?"

"No, there is no such disease, or… perhaps… I never cared." Helen replied.

They explained that machines assess the sick and cures them automatically.

"Besides I am a researcher not a healing pod programmer." Francis said.

Henry was disappointed. But, there is always a way. A good leader can maximize his resources and bring about the best in his members.

"Cheska, what do you know about this disease?"

She gave him a dissatisfied look.

"There is a big chance that this is systemic lupus erythymatosus. The butterfly rash in the face of the patient occurs to 50% of patients with this type of disease. This disease commonly affects woman. Based from the patient her disease is aggravated by exposure to sunlight. It was also a unique characteristic of SLE." She explained. "SLE is an autoimmune disease. The immune system recognizes the cells or cell nucleus as foreign."

Cheska kept on explaining the disease process. Henry listened intently but his mind could not grasp some of the unfamiliar terms.

Henry allowed Francis and Helen to explain how the immune system works. Based from their story they usually observe the lower dimension.

They entered a meditation area in their patient's manor. The newly learned information needs to be analyzed, sort out, synthesized evaluated and from that their task was to create a solution.

After meditation, they sat on a table and discussed their findings.

"The disease (he was referring to the condition of the patient) in this planet is referred to as the curse of butterflies. " Henry explained. "This kind of disease is either cause by physical alteration or spiritual problem. Based from what Francis and Helen explained, physical alteration affects the physical makeup of the body, it could be cell, tissue, organ, DNA programming and so on. Spiritual problem is the change on how the microorganisms within the body behaves." He continued.

"Hup, not just microorganisms, the organisms in other lower realms as well." Francis stated.

"Collectively known as spirit." Helen added.

Cheska used to associate the word spirit to supernatural. It hurts her ear when her two friends associate it to science. But looking at the two, she doubts if they do have a concept of God and supernatural. Acceptance, she needed to learn that they all came from worlds with different culture.

"What we are encountering is a spiritual problem which started from the gut." He said.

"You mean the intestines?" Helen asked.

"Yes, based from what you explained, the Gastrointestinal tract is an opening which accepts different kinds of food and of course pathogens. The body has the capability to assign resources in each part of the body. If I am the head of the body, I will assign most of my soldiers here since it constantly receives threats from the food that we eat."

"yes, spiritual resources are more concentrated in the stomach especially the intestines. The intestines have special routes that open to the blood vessels. If pathogens get to sneak in using that route it will be dangerous for the body. While some chemicals can pass through it, pathogens could not be allowed. They are killed on site by the soldiers." Francis nodded in agreement.

"But in the food that we eat, it is not just the pathogens that serves danger in our body, the broken down fragments of cells in the food that we eat, including its nuclei also serves as a threat. In the curse of butterfly rash, these nuclei can pass through the intestines and find its way in the systemic circulation."

"yes, plants and animals have cells too, and these cells contain nucleus but these fragments are broken down and excreted." Cheska said.

"Not all, the body can recycle products which can still be used by the body." Helen said.

"So, what is the problem with nuclei from animals?" Helen asked.

"These nuclei can be eliminated through the feces or the urine. It can also be recycled. The problem is that there are nuclei which are resilient. As much as possible, the spirit in the gut would not allow them to pass since they can enter the cell and attach itself to the nucleus. It can cause gene destruction, translocation in short ruin the program of the body." Henry said.

"Wait I think I remember something" Cheska stopped Henry. Based from her memory there a term called immune complex. It is when the antibody attaches itself to the worn-out DNA. "What if it is not the problem foreign nuclei but the DNA from the meat?"

"You mean? The parts of broken DNA from the meat of unclean animals gets to pass through the digestive tract and enter the circulation?" Francis restated.

"Oh, that could be, because the DNA of unclean beasts are highly resistant compared to the DNA of humans. Besides theses DNA have special guardians who are as powerful as immortals." Helen said.

"What the.." Cheska felt lost that moment. [what powerful immortals?]

"what do you mean Helen?" Henry asked.
