Elementalist skills are quite unique. They are similar to Magicians but the magic skills are different itself. Unlike Magicians who can control magic properly without the aid of other entity, Elements list works different.

Elementalist can only evoke their powers by calling the main element spirits out. With that, they usually summon spirit monsters to come into their aid like water fairies or Ifrits. What made them stronger than Magicians is that their abilities can last for a long time unless they are destroyed from a battle.

After staring on the skill panel for a while, I decided to learn a few skills. My former fiancee is not that connected to this class much anyway.

"Water Golem"

Tier 2

Mana cost: 100

Cool down: 3 minutes

Description: Summons a golem made from water. They are loyal to their summoners and would attack from the order of their masters. Will last as long as its own HP is full. Can be recalled.

AP cost to unlock: 15

Lava Golems

Tier 3

Mana Cost 1000

Cool down: 9 minutes

Description: Golems unearthed from the volcano. Much stronger than Flame Golems and much sturdier than Ifrits. Can either use melee attacks or long ranges. Will last as long as its HP is full. Can be recalled.

AP cost: 25

If not for their extreme usefulness, I wouldn't learn these skills. The skills are costly, and their mana cost and cool down are also longer. However, I need all power that we can get and we can't just keep satisfied in our skills.

After learning those two skills, my AP were now lower than before. Still, what can I do? I helplessly have no choice but to use it. I checked the Magic Knight Skills but these skills are not so appropriate in the meantime. There are others but I don't need them at the moment. I just upgraded "Heal" to "High Heal" which costs me 19 AP.

I checked on Dolly's new skills and I am satisfied by her new skills.

"Voltage Whip"

Tier 4

Mana Cost: 150

Cooldown: 2 minutes

Description: Use the electricity to weave a long and deadly whip. Can cause Extremely Paralysis with 20% probability.

"Lightning of Zeus"

Tier 4

Mana Cost: 1000

Channeling Time: 30 seconds

Cooldown: 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Description: Hits all enemies in the vicinity with a lightning strike. Has a 30% chance of Instant Killing normal leveled monsters.


"Telekinesis: Control"

Tier 3

Mana Cost: 500

Cool down 30 seconds

Description: A skill in Telekinesis skill tree. Controls a mob or an object randomly. Can be used for fighting enemies. Cannot be used on bosses.

"I was about to learn a few more skills but then I realized that my AP is running out. I only got three skills learned instead," Dolly muttered.

"Its alright. As long as you learned them, this is fine. Two of them are tier 4 and I know how AP consuming those skills are. If we wanted to survive, we need decent skills," I said to her.

"I really wonder how the hell you got to be so knowledgeable on these stuffs," Dolly became curious.

"Hmph, that is what you call trade secret," I said to her before turning away.

The place that we are arriving at slowly turned into foggy. I have been here countless of times before and I am quite familiar with the terrain. We arrived at Mist Rock at long last.

Since the battle will be a bit hard in this foggy place, I took out a papyrus and the ink prepared and quickly draw the layout of the whole Mist Rock. Since I am quite familiar with this place, I don't need to double check whether I miss something or not. After doing that, I activated Clairvoyance to locate and scout enemies. I asked Dolly to cast Presence Concealment which is a Tier 3 skill of a Magician to conceal yourself and your companions against enemies.

With Clairvoyance, I located the enemies one by one and marked them all into the map. They are mostly golems similar to those Golems that Elementalist players summons. They are categorized from Water, Fire, and Air. I don't see an Earth Type golem so I grinned because the enemy is sure to be an Elementalist class.

I have not spotted the boss yet but I already spotted a weird structure. It looks similar to a red tower with a red gem on its top. It seems to be sending a huge wave of energy somewhere. I pinpoint all of them and after marking down all enemies, I added Leona to the party so that she will also gain experience in this battle.

"Dolly, cast Lightning of Zeus in that area after I throw this Petrify Splash bottle, our enemy there are Water Golems so electric skills will be very effective," I ordered Dolly.

"Okay," she nodded and concentrated herself to channel the power for Lightning of Zeus.

I ready all of the Petrify Splash in my hands and counted 25 seconds. When I hit 25 seconds, I throw the Petrify Splashes down to he area I told Dolly. 5 seconds later, Dolly began to spread her arms.

"God of Olympus! I borrow the latent power of your thunder to mow down the enemies before ius! Lightning of Zeus!"

Crackle!

Her hands glowed yellow as a dark grey cloud quickly formed above the area I throw the Petrify Splashes. And in just a second, countless of Lightning bolts rained down below the ground. I look at my Exp bar and the logs. The Exp bar slowly got filled as enemies down there were crispily burned by the lightning strikes.

Although I wanted to go down there and take the drops, its not worth it and our sneak attack will get ruined. Since the lightning strikes will surely attract the Air Type golems, we didn't do any movement as I check them using Clairvoyance. The Air Golems were confused how the Water Golems were killed but no sign of enemies in the nearby vicinity.

Dolly was quite curious too so she also learned Clairvoyance using the remaining AP left on her skills. And as she cast it and look below, she was quite surprised.

"Wow, I should have learned this skill earlier!" Dolly exclaimed.

"Told you that Clairvoyance would be really a good skill in aerial scouting," I nodded at Dolly.

Looking at the enemies, we will have a chance to earn enough experience and gold by this battle.
