Well, for feminist, people out there, don't hate me on that, I don't really hate women or anything. Aside from that, Riko and Janus hanged out with me after school and look around Shibuya for a while although I don't really have much fun than the first time, its still quite a good experience.
After every tiring event, I go straight to my bed. I wrote a note in my door to cook their own food as I am tired and needed sleep. After shutting all of my connections to them, I sighed and look at the calendar. 3 days left until the Expansion Patch. Although I am nervous, I am not that kind of nervous. Although I experienced it in the past, I did not get to be one of the lucky players to participate the Conquest. But with the records and videos of the conquest spread out in the internet that time, all of my knowledge about the incoming patch are already intact forever in my brain.
This feeling is quite similar to new game+ in games right? You have the experience of the game already and with the wisdom of that, you made a new game, ready to make a new events. Although that made me excited, it made me wanting to ask, is this really he right choice? Is this how I should take my precautions to avoid the future of mine from happening?
I shook my head and meditate to clear my thoughts. After thirty minutes of meditation, I decided to grab a chocolate bar in my backpack and take it as my food before entering the Reality Verse. Its time to start my preparation for the Expansion Quest.
Logging in the game, I woke up from the bed of the mansion. Of course, I am already staying here. It was currently raining outside on the game. Just like the real world, this world also experiences rain and snow, not just always sunny weather. Sometimes, even storms are brewed and most of the time, after the storms, many NPCs gives out quests to players which is always one of the events that many players looking forward into.
It was just normal rain so there is not an event that will give out NPCs with quests.
I did not bother going out. And decided to plan out every part of the Expansion quest. I pull out the Alchemy Table from my Dimensional Inventory of course and set it up on the side of the bed so that it will get convenient if I want to perform any alchemical process.
To fully prepare, I need to prepare lots of materials to refine in the Alchemy Table. Most of the items I took out are from the spoils I got from the Jungle of Deceit and a few materials I got from the Lesser Purgatory and a few material drops from the monsters outside the dungeons. Last of the materials I pull out is the leg of a spider. I inspected it first to make sure.
"Leg of the Green Spider Queen"

Description: A severed leg from the poisonous and tenacious Green Spider Queen. Possessing it means you vanquished it. This leg might not have possessed its former strength but it still have the ability to spew out poison if used as a skewer. Be careful and avoid poking the tip of the leg!
Yep, its one of the leg of that monster I fought. The first wild boss I killed using underhanded trick like stabbing it and activating Earth Fissure inside it. This is one of its material drops. Although I should have sold it, I decided to keep it with me. After remembering that this leg can be refined and has the possibility to be used as a spear to become a poisonous weapon, I decided to keep it.
After practicing of refining a lot, I managed to raise my level high enough that it has a 70% chance of failure left. Although I have the Pearl of Trabungko, I still have a small amount of success and still had a chance that this precious material will go to waste. I am just hoping that I can refine it as a weapon and then let my Versatile Weapon devour it. It might gain the chance to earn the poison ability. Imagine a weapon that can use a blood steal and a poison? It means that weapon is pretty lethal! Poison related attacks will also rise up like the Poison Splash. My bullets might also have a big chance of becoming poisonous bullets. It will be really awesome indeed!
Without further ado, I put the Leg of the Green Spider Queen on the Alchemy Table and made proper preparations and chanted a few chants that is already embedded in my mind to complete the refining process.

The surroundings became silent as the Alchemy table performed its work of refining the Leg of the Green Spider Queen. I held the Pearl of Trabungko in my left hand and allowed its powers to give strength to the Alchemy process.
Soon, a green light appeared out of the Alchemy Table and the Leg of the Green Spider Queen began to form similar to iron ingots.

As the spell on the Alchemy Table is done, the former dangerous looking leg became an ingot. But it means, I succeeded in making it a refined item. I checked its new properties.

What the heck, who would eat an Iron Ingot anyway? Although Metal Excavators, monsters who eat minerals usually eat metal, that doesn't mean metals are edible for humans. However, this means I can use it for forging weapons! A pity that I only have one ingot and the success rate is very low of forming a weapon. The versatile weapon do not devour materials at all and only devour weapons or armor, whatever rarity it has, which means I have to forge the Poison Iron Ingot into a weapon before I can make my own god tier weapon devour it. Still, my Blacksmithing skills is lacking so it could not be considered good enough to make this.

Since most of them are familiar items I refined in my past timeline, I don't need to look for the result and just keep on refining and storing them. Soon, the pile of materials were either refined successfully or reduced to dust after the failure. The Pearl of Trabungko still do not have a very high succession of successful refining power. It is not an omnipotent item at all.
After doing it all, I noticed that the rain no longer pour in the sky of the game. Ishi, opens the door of my bedroom ad bowed slightly.
"Excuse me master, the rain already stopped pouring, you can now go explore out of the mansion as you please," Ishi said with a stoic look on his face.
"Thank you, I will be going to explore later."
Ishi bowed to me again before he retreated away from the doorway.
I stood up from the bed and checked my armor if they are in condition before I decided to leave the mansion. Time to look for the first quest of the first expansion.
According to the website, the first quest will be generated randomly around the Neutral Area where the Green Spiders are spawning. That was what the website says and nobody else has known the real location of the NPC that will procure the quest, aside from me of course!
The NPC will try to confuse the players. It will be disguising as a player and will be attacking the Green Spider Queen in the area. Your task here is to help him/her survive the battle although he/she can survive without the players' help. You just need to aid him/her, try helping him/her kill the Green Spider or heal him/her whenever necessary. Once you've done that, of course he/she will be going to assign the task to you.
Many players did not know this that is why they did not know where the quest generated. They just randomly attacked the Green Spiders around the area to wait for the appearance of the NPC. Also, the reason I can't distinguish what is the gender of the NPC is due to the fact that the information said that this guy was currently donned in black cloak and you can only see a black face and red eyes on its face.
I summoned Leona and commanded her to fly to the Graio Swamp. Looks like that Green Spider Queen will be dead again from my hands.
