A good looking man approached Raph and Blue he was wearing green like his, but he had a yellow trim around his neck. He was fuming, until he locked eyes on Raph then stopper in front of him dropping a ball linked to a chain. It was a Meteor hammer, now that was a cool weapon he hadn't seen that since that movie where who was that it escapes his memory fought 100 people at once and one of the bad guys had that weapon.
"Blue you know this ingrate?" Zach said surprised to see one of the top sects experts was here talking to his target.
"Yeah, why are you looking for him anyways?" Blue asked.
"Well he offended us, we are here to take revenge. He killed three of our members with his group we are here to return the favor." Zach said.
"You really did this?" Blue was surprised Raph seemed like a very patient person but he was a demon so who knew what he was like.
"Yeah they were blocking our way into getting in a hidden boss quest so we scared them a little bit, they even told us they killed five groups before we arrived." Raph said nonchalantly.
"Five groups!!!!" This hit a cord with Blue. There was supposed to be a ceasefire, sects were supposed to be working together not hindering each other.
"Don't listen to him Blue he is lying to you." Zach said. "Now that you are here I'll take you out and teach the rest of your group a lesson." He really didn't care about blue anyways it would be hard to take on ten experts at the same time and blue had come alone. If he wanted to interfere it would be a one-sided massacre. "Get out of the way Blue I need to finish this,if you decide to help him there will be two coffins today."
Blue pulled out his hammer and said. "Well it has been fun, Raph do you think..." SPLASH!!! Raph had jumped into the fountain leaving Blue by himself What was he doing? Blue didn't know whether to laugh or to cry he had been left by himself. He let Zach pass by instead of getting in his way. The rest of Zach group jumped into the fountain quickly spotting Raph.
Raph was swimming towards an opening that flowed water throughout the city like an aqueduct he got sucked in and so did the rest Zach's group. Raph timed a jump onto one of the roofs as almost right away landing on a nearby roof. Some of Zach group had managed to spot him and continued their pursuit but he had already lost about half of them.
Zach, and four other followed right behind Raph, but it was tough to keep up with him. Raph had actually had an escape route if Blue happened to hate the Demon Sect and it was actually a trap. Raph ran down alleys covering his escape. He twisted and turned inside the city, he had found an area where the streets were short making it easy to lose people.
He turned his head and saw two figures still following him having a hard time keeping up. One of the was Zach while the other was a girl with jet black hair she seemed to be mumbling something under her breath. Raph noticed a light under his feat twisted jumping through a window. Chains sprung forth from the ground hitting the building nearby missing Raph completely.
Raph didn't stop looking at another window jumping from it. He saw two figures in the distance, shooting arrows as he escaped. Instead of dodging which he could easily do he continued forward taking a bit of damage slipping into a nearby ally. They were trying to corner him moving him towards the center of the city again. He instead decided to make his way to one of the exits to the south. Even though the closest exit was to the west it would be heavily guarded.
There was still a way for him to escape undetected and that was to jump into the underpart of the city and loose them there it was much harder to navigate because of the lack of light. He noticed an entrance through a storm drain. He heard his pursuers behind him, they seemed to really want to get back at him. The smell was actually quite strong, he began to make turns inside the sewer. The Emerald Sword Sect followed closely behind.
It was actually harder to lose them here but it gave him time to confuse where they would be coming out from. Now not knowing where they were in the city made it tough for them to call reinforcements to help them. It would be hard for him to escape any more experts, he ran down the sewers loud leather boots hitting the hard stone then he turned and saw another quick turn. Either to the left or right he activated his Tread on Air turning right almost automatically.
He stopped making sound as he ran now that he was running in the air twenty seconds....
Zach's group made it to an intersection hesitating the could no longer hear Raph, not only that his bootprints had disappeared altogether. "Dammit which way?" Zach said. No one said anything they also had no idea how he had disappeared. "Fine I'll go right the rest of you go left." He didn't want to split the group but he had to. He still had some surprises that could help kill Raph quickly, but he truly doubted the rest of the group would.
"Are you sure you don't want one of us to go with you we can group up and take him out together." Said the girl in green.
"No, I can take care of him by myself but he is crafty. He will try and split you again one by one so stay together. As for me i can take care of him by myself." Zach said. It would be easier to take care of him this way, he would probably attack him as being by himself. It would make for a very nice bait.
They hurried and split apart. A few more seconds passed by, footsteps could be heard once again this time Zach smiled wildly. He removed a cuff link he was wearing, a heavy amount of energy flowed through his body he was much faster and stronger. He turned towards the noise catching up to it he was moving much faster than before.
Raph heard heavy footsteps behind him moving faster and faster at this rate he could tell they would be upon him soon. Maybe someone had a movement speed buff skill or something but even then, he also had a base 25% increased movement speed so it would be tough to keep up with him.
Not a minute later he saw Zach with an aura radiating around him. Raph inspected him
