After a few more minutes they had managed to push the boss down to twenty percent of his health. They had a hard time getting it down to this much HP but now it had gained its last speed boost it would be very difficult to keep up with the boss.

Raph had the most health with 70% remaining, followed by Nohair at 60%, lovely at 55%, I'mcold at 40%, and Shiny at 30%. Shiny was already getting tired of dodging attacks, not just that all of thier spirit attacks other than I'mcold have been used to the point they were running low on Spirit. Even though it did regenerate the time it took do so would leave them in a worse situation that they were in now.
"You are going to have to hold him back for a little while Raph." Shiny said "Ineed to catch my breath."
"Alright." Jumping into close combat with the now no longer compressed Elephant wolf.

The claws rained down onto Raph, it was as if he was the last person playing dodgeball all the way in the back against 6 people. Raph focused heavily on dodging he didn't have time to strike back. Raph caught a shadow behind him. Tusks!!!! Lifting his hands, he used tonfa dash knocking up the first tusk, then the second tusk struck his back sending him flying backwards.

The wolf then rushed I'mcold. She was preparing two talismans to strike him, but she was interrupted dodging out of the way trying not to lose the last of her health. She was too slow eventually the wolf would catch her. Then lovely appeared as if from nowhere and hit whipped the Massive wolf right in the eye.

ROAR!!! The wolf Having one of its eyes blocked off let I'mcold escape. She made sure to get on its left side. The wolf completely forgetting about I'mcold turned its attention towards Lovely. Lovely was moving towards the wolf instead of retreating. She raised her whip and struck out at the other eye. The wolf turned its head having the whip hit the side of his face tuning his tusk at Lovely. She was hit with a loud crack she hit the ground.
<Critical hit!!! Lovely has lost 30% Health and was knocked unconscious for 1 minute>
The second tusk was on its way down to finish her off when Nohair used <Speed Dash Punch> on one of its legs. Seeing that it was distracted and couldn't see where the attack had come from it was off balance falling to the ground. Where Raph was waiting to use his <Twin Tonfa Spirit Strike>. Having dazed him He followed up with another <Spirit Tonfa Strike>. Feeling strained he fell to the ground.

He had pushed himself too hard. The Wolf Bit down on him catching his leg, the he was hit by one of his tusks.

The Shiny (it's about time) jumped from its blind side stabbing him with <Spiritual Lance Tip> on the roof of its mouth. The wolf retracted its bit from the intense pain, Shiny used this time to stab once more towards his other eye. Once again, the wolf turned its head but this time it was struck with several talismans. Leaving a cold residue, Nohair then jumped using a superman punch and crushed the wolf's eye.
Roar!! the Massive Elephant Wolf fell.

"What a headache anyone got some Advil or something?" She said getting up pulling out her cooking equipment. Tears were immediately seen in the rest of the groups eye's especially Raph who only had about ten percent of his health.
"Let's check the loot to keep our minds occupied." Not wanting to think about what was going to happen next I'mcold starting pulling items from the body of the dead wolf.

At least it was the soup this time, it did make it easier to to eat than that terrible rabbit by itself. They moved to a whole which seemed to go deeper into the dungeon.

"What are you doing here, can't you see this place is full of dangerous creatures." Nohair said.
"Ah don't you worry about that these are the best places to find strong adventurers trying to improve thier luck. Would you like to have a try?" Then she spread out on a table with cards on top of it. "Who would like to gamble with their lives?" The old decrepit hag said. "This will cost you one <Second Realm Spirit Pill>. If you have one I'll let you play."
The group looked at each other none of them had even heard of a <Second Realm Spirit Pill>. Just as they were about to ask what it was Raph took out a round blue pill out of his inventory.
The old hag was actually very surprised he held one, she actually wanted to haggle some of their life energy she didn't seem too happy about it. "One game per person." she said. "Pick a card any card" The old hag knew there was always a chance to turn this into her favor anyways.

"See this is some of the good things you can expect to come out of this beautiful deck anyone else want to give it a try." The old hag continued.
"Well nobody other than Raph has those pills so i think we should just continue the dungeon." Shiny said.
"I could let you borrow some if you like," Raph said "You can get me back later."
Lovely rushed up to him stealing a pill and went to draw a card, "i guess I'll go first" and picked up a card. The card she picked up turned into a kitten with purple and blue stripes.

What was wrong with this group. The book went to lovely in exchange for the tiger, what really that's a monster beast you really want do that, but lovely was already immersed in the book as if their livelihood depended on it.
