Everyone was smiling in WisDOOM's bunker.

"Great! It's an honor to work under you, Captain Al Gentrix." Jack extended his hand that was holding the marker. A sign of passing the responsibility.

"I'll be counting on your arrows then, Jack. Same with your daggers, Harvy. Your hammer, Bertran, and your healing, Pat. Let's win our way through the Rookie Challenge, and show them what we've got!" Al shook Jack's hand as he shot a look at each of his team members.

"You'll get more than my arrows. I'll watch your back, brother." Jack McHeart grinned.

"You can ride me if you want." Harvy Giddy's tone seemed to be serious as everyone laughed at his statement. "What's wrong with that?" He seemed to be still ignorant of his unintended pun. The guy was really bad at socializing as his face remained confused.

"I'll eat their attacks for you, Big Boss! No. I'll dive the turret for you." Bertran pounded his chest like a reliable tank.

"As long as you're not lousy, you won't die under my watch." Patrick sounded like a big boss; his tone had no traces of humor. As the eldest in the group, his words meant a lot to these youngsters.

"Haha. Thank you, everyone. Well, as for me, I'm not really that strong to carry you all, but I can promise that you can lean on my shoulders when the going gets tough. We're all in this together! Ooops! It looks like I forgot to mention someone. So, what can you contribute in here, Osho?" Al could not help himself from smiling as he teased his best friend. His heart was swelling from the support he had received.

"Haha. I was thinking of joining at first, but now that you're the captain, no, thanks. I'm out of here." Osho teased back. "Kidding aside, as much as I wanted to do so, I've already committed myself to Keyboard Warriors' cause. Well, let's just say for now that you can count on our guild in future battles. We're allies." The boy bowed with his palms together at chest level.

"Nice! I can't wait for our next match! Let's go up and smash some skulls now!" Bertran excitedly claimed.

"Oh, speaking about our next match. We have a problem. Pat's already in the Bronze Rank, so we don't have a healer anymore." Jack shared. "So, I was thinking a while ago that we put in all the details of our characters. So we can have a better understanding of each other. What's your say, captain?"

'Shit.' Al has not made any contact with SARS, yet. However, if he really wanted this team to grow, he needs to be transparent. It was a hard choice, but it was necessary - trust is the basic foundation of all relationships! "Of course, that's a brilliant idea, Jack. I'll write my info first. Then everyone could just follow my format."

Al took the marker from Jack and started writing on the whiteboard.

"IGN: Udil

Level: 10

Rank: Rookie II

Race: Human

Class: Creator (Hidden)

Skills:

Race Passive: (Jack of All Trades) - 5 attribute points per level

Class Passive: (Genesis) - allows me to change my skills, and reallot my attributes before each match.

Class Active: Won't do much, as I can change them at will ( ^_^ ). So, I can be the team's healer in our next match.

Weapon Active: (Infested Blood) - allows me to change the forms of my weapon as what you witnessed yesterday; currently, the available choices are the bow, flamberge, and staff.

I have a silver-labeled weapon, and its original name is 'Formless Blood,' but I renamed it with 'Bloodborne.' As for my armor, it's nothing special; they are all common-type, the Rookie's Set that I got from the Common Loot Box at the start of the game." Al sighed a deep breath after writing. He was not sure if the thorn in his heart was removed or further impaled itself as he did not mention anything about SARS.

The room was quiet. Everyone, except for Bertran, was dumbfounded.

"Haha! My turn." Bertran excitedly snatched the marker from Al's hand and started to scribble his own information, not wanting to lose out.

"So strong." Harvy finally made a sound in response to what Al had written.

"Carry us, captain." Jack's mouth was wide open. It would not close as he still marveled at Al's strength. The same thing could be said for Osho. Although his rank and level were higher than his best friend, he was not sure anymore if he could beat Al.

Except for my headgear, which was again given to me by my brother, and also crafted by Sol. It's called 'Ursun's Fury.'" Bertran finally finished what he was writing. It was barely readable and sensible due to his terrible penmanship and childish descriptions.

"As expected of Ogni's little brother. You enjoy some privileges, brother," Jack commented with a bit of jealousy.

"I'm more excited in working with Ursun," Patrick added with ridicule.

After an exchange of a few teases, and taunts, the rest of the team also wrote their details. They followed what Al had started.

My armor's nothing special, Rookie's Set." Harvy quickly scribbled his details and returned to his seat.

Patrick was the last one to write. Fortunately, there was still some space in the lower portion of the whiteboard as he was too small to reach the upper spaces.

Same, I hate this. Nothing special with my weapon and armor - rookies!" Patrick religiously wrote his details and even made a personal note for one of his skills.

"Should I write too?" Osho asked.

"There's no need for that. You're a certified spy now!" Al grinned. "Thanks, everyone. As I can see, our team composition is pretty solid. Unless we face an overwhelming strength, we'll surely fare through the Rookie Challenge. Now, let's proceed with our training plans."

"Since Patrick is already at bronze, he will train with Osho in a custom room and practice his rate of survivability. I believe that I don't have to explain the rationale on this anymore, right, Pat?" Al added.

"All good." Patrick nodded in approval.

"Then, the four of us, me, Jack, Bertran, and Harvy will do a 4-man rank mode match. After winning that round, me and Papa Bear will go for a duo, so that we'll all be in the same rank after these matches." Al analyzed.

To be able to come up with these plans at first glance of the data meant that he's got some excellent skills in managing his teammates.

"All set." Jack agreed.

"If you don't have any questions, let's start grinding, then." Al extended his right hand, with his palm facing downwards. It was a team ritual, and the rest of the gang immediately understood his intention. One by one, they placed their hands on top of Al's.

One in goal and spirit, everyone simultaneously pressed their hands together and raised it, with a shout.

'WisDOOM!'
