Wen He approached his cell and grabbed the bars with her left hand.

Huo Chen was taken by surprise. He ignored his discomfort from the sudden burst of light in the room and looked toward her. A smile lit up his face when he finally saw her.
He stood up and went to her quickly. He put one hand around hers on the bars and sighed.
“I just know that you will force your way in here.”

Huo Chen did not seem to notice the torment in her eyes. He slipped his fingers between hers and smiled lovingly at her.
“When will you learn to listen to orders?”

She smiled even wider and spoke chokingly.
“How will I listen when you are not around?”

Huo Chen continued speaking with the story he had prepared.
“Do you remember Sha Kang from the Golden Triangle? I thought you were dead back then and killed him despite orders from the commander. As punishment, the commander decided to lock me up for some time.” He smiled and said, “This will take a few months at least. Are you touched?”
