"I am just kidding brother, and he will be here for dinner, i told him to go directly hospital because we have so many things to discuss and if he came here directly both aunties were never allowed him to come hospital for work today." Athira gives them to answer.

"I am going to the hospital and i will not come back for lunch sister in law, please inform aunties to not prepare any special food." She takes her bag side table where she dropped it earlier and bid goodbye to their brothers and heading towards the hospital.
While Josh asked his first brother, " first brother just 4 days lefthand after Athira will fly again far from all of us. Did you asked her where she is going this time?"
Smith understand Josh 's question, " I will try to asked her, but i am definitely sure she will not going to answer me. But don't worry this year we will tighten her securities more, so she can stay safe and no one try to attacked her."
