Entering into the hotel Amy was slightly tensed. To her luck, she was already used to these kind of places being with Rachel. But the serene atmosphere still got her.
Reaching her table, she sat there, waiting. After about two minutes she felt a presence behind. She turned to look at a middle aged man dressed in a formal suit.
"Miss Amy?" His cold voice immediately reminded her of the phone call.
She nodded.
With a slight smile, the man introduced himself with an outstretched arm.
"Charles"
Amy shook his hand, and following him seated herself.
She carefully examined the person in front of him. She instinctively felt that he is not someone to be messed with. His gazes are so sharp, that made her feel to be cautious.
The man too examined the young lady in front of him.
Suddenly, remembering something Amy looked around her.
Seeing that, Charles questioned: "Have something to ask?"
Straightening herself, Amy answered: "Nothing sir... It's just that I can't see any other candidates."
She was really confused about that. It's an interview, so naturally there should be others... Right??
Glancing at her for a second, Charles answered nonchalantly: "Others??.. Rejected."
But his inner mind is in a turmoil. Young master is so mean.. He just gave a profile to him and asked to recurit her as his new assistant. He is totally unwilling to do that, but remembering the conversation with the young master, Charles can't help but again glance at the lady before him.
Two days back, at Ryan's office.
"Uncle..this is the candidate profile. Just recurit her."
Charles is shocked upon hearing that.
"Young Master!! This is not the right way to do. I refuse to be partial."
Sighing, Ryan said: "You must"
Charles glanced at the profile."Who is she?"
He believed that without a reason, the person before him will not do something irrational like this.
After a moment of silence, Ryan answered: "My wife."
Charles dropped the file from his hand. Young Master was married!!! When?
As if expecting his shock, Ryan continued: "Uncle... Don't worry. I married her because I love her. Working at other places may not be safe for her being my wife. But she'll never accept my help. Moreover she is not aware of my background."
Charles was still shocked but his experience made him cope with the news fast.
"But..young master...still that doesn't make her qualified to be your assistant."
"If you have any doubts about her talent..you can always ask Rachel. At present, she works as Rachel's assistant and also her student."

Charles felt utterly defeated. If she was truly Rachel's assistant, then there is no need to verify. That witch will never take a person under her wings, if not talented.
But still, she called her. But she lashed at him: "You doubt me? You think that I'll teach someone who is not worth my time??"
That witch is still irritating as always.
Coming back to present, Charles is busy thinking about how to handle the situation. Young Master doesn't want him to reveal much.
At the same time, Amy is feeling uncomfortable. For some reason the person in front of him kept staring at her. His cold eyes, again made her feel tensed.
At last he opened his mouth to speak, but his question shocked her to the extent that she nearly fainted.
"So..when can you join?"
