Ryan honestly didn't expect Amy to answer his question. He was just teasing her. But her positive answer is a sweet surprise. He moved back from her and lifted her face.
"What did you say?"
Ryan's voice made Amy to come to the real world. After looking at her husband's surprised face, she remembered her answer.
"What did I do!!" Amy screamed in her mind and again tried to escape from Ryan.
But he again caught her and asked: "You like me?"
Amy knew she can't take back her words. So she just said: "Yes.. I like you but I haven't forgiven you. Moreover there is a huge difference between like and love.."
Ryan is amused. But he didn't give up.
"So...Do you love me?"
Amy glared at her husband. She didn't expect him to change the question.
She knew that he'll never leave her today without a proper answer.
"Love?? I'll answer for that after meeting your family.. Ryan..you met my parents and I think it's time for me to meet yours. I really want meet your father.."
Ryan blanked out for a second, before regaining his focus.
He knew that Amy is just trying to change the subject, but her wish reminded himself a bigger problem.
His wife doesn't know that he also planned their marriage!!!
When Ryan was contemplating whether to tell her the truth or not, the knock at his door disturbed him.
Moving away from Amy he said: "Come in"
Charles entered the room.
"Young Master.. it's time for your meeting."
Ah...he has to attend a meeting.
Ryan is reluctant to leave now but he has to go.
"Wait outside.. I'll come now"
Charles nodded and left.
Ryan then glanced at Amy.
"You're coming with me."
Amy agreed. Of course! She has to go.
