The two soon arrived at Gregor's house, Nin Li had already been waiting for a while it seemed. She soon noticed the two and was shocked at seeing their appearance.
"Young master, what happened? Why are you pulling the carriage? And why are you're clothes ripped?" asked Nin Li as she looked at William concerned.
"It's a long story..." replied William
"Huh?! Guild leader Gregor why is there blood all over you?!" yelled Nin Li as she was startled by Gregor's bloody appearance.
"This..." said Gregor while looking away with a frightened look.
"Let's put these carriages away first and talk inside before anyone sees us." said William.
"Right I'll show you where to store them." said Gregor
Gregor led them to his stable where Nin Li stored her velociraptors, and they placed the carriages in a large garage behind the house. Nin Li grabbed the fairy and carried her.
Gregor then led Nin Li and William inside, through a garden in the backyard. The house was really a mansion with multiple rooms, the house had an 18th century french mansion look.
"Let's not wake any of the servants, I don't want to alarm them with my appearance." said Gregor
"You're house is quite nice, I guess being Guild leader of the apothecary guild really does pay well." said William slyly.
"Young master you still haven't told me what happened after I left, how did you two get in this condition?" asked Nin Li concerned.
"I'll let young master William explain it to you while a wash up a little and prepare the rooms you two will be staying at" said Gregor politely as he began to walk off.
"Thank you guild leader Gregor" replied William.
William then began to explain the events that occurred after Nin Li was separated from the group leaving out some details regarding his recovery and Gregor's driver.
"Those bastards! If they weren't already dead I'd kill them myself!" said Nin Li trying her hardest not to yell
Gregor arrived shortly after all cleaned up and changed to some fresh attire.
"Young master William, Lady Nin I've prepared some rooms for the two of you. Please follow me..." said Gregor as he gestured with his right hand for them to follow.
The two followed and soon arrived at the rooms parallel to each other.
"This one is yours lady Nin and this one is yours young master William." said Gregor as he pointed at both rooms.
"We appreciate this guild leader Gregor" said William
"Thank you guild leader Gregor" said Nin Li as she slightly bowed.
"No need to thank me, also I've warmed up the baths in your rooms should you wish to bathe. My room is that one over there should you need anything" said Gregor as he pointed at his own room.
Nin Li slightly bowed once more and went into her room with the caged fairy in hand. William nodded slightly and did the same. Gregor soon did the same.
Once in the room William removed his clothing and went into the bath. Gregor seemed to have used some type of heating spell to warm the water. After bathing and changing into fresh clothes, William proceeded to take small black box out of his interspatial ring.
"Now it's time to see what's in this mystery box" said William as he snapped the small lock off using brute strength.
Upon opening the box William noticed there was a small folded up white piece of paper in it. Upon retrieving it and opening it up he realized it was a note with a smaller folded up white piece of paper inside.
"What else can I call you than my biggest fan! To have purchased this item knowing full well it's value did not exceed five hundred gold coins, only because I was the seller. As a reward for your admiration, here is my autograph" read the note.
"To my biggest fan! Signed, The Great Wizard of the South" read the smaller note.
William was shocked momentarily but the shock soon turned to anger then to full rage.
"What the fuck is this shit!" yelled William as he slammed the box on the floor
"That arrogant old weasel! He tricked me!" yelled William as he stepped on the note.
"I'll make him pay for humiliating me like this!" yelled William.
"Young master what's wrong!" yelled Nin Li as she walked in.
Nin Li had already bathed and changed into her evening attire. Gregor soon walked in as well.
"Young master I heard you yelling is there an issue?" asked Gregor.
"No it's nothing sorry to have disturbed you two" said William slightly embarrassed.
"Very well let me know if you need anything" said Gregor as he left.
"Young master are you sure you're alright? Do you need me to stay with you tonight?" asked Nin Li concerned.
"No.. No... definitely not! I'm alright! I just need to rest!" said William with his face completely red.
"Alright, I'm just across the hall if you need anything" said Nin Li with a smile as she closed the door.
"System I want a full report of everything that happened in the auction, I don't care if it's irrelevant information. I want to make sure I didn't miss anything."

"System was right in not reporting most of the events of the night. The only other thing that seems strange is the Alex character and the one he served. Although, they had a silence spell on their balcony much like ours. System managed to read that guy Alex's lips since he was in view, he kept calling his master "your highness" which is a term normally only used for royals." thought William.
"What's odd is that, none of the other nobles recognized them. Could that girl be the royalty of another nation? but what was she doing at an auction, surely she can find better items than the auction house in the royal vault." thought William.
"Whatever, it doesn't concern me. I just have to think of a way to approach tomorrow's meeting with lord Florence" thought William.
